* We can customize Tally Software as per your business requirements with negotiable charges.
* Tally.net services are free for one year. It is helpful for online data view and collection from
different Location by synchronization. After one year it will be rechargeable as per developer
policy.
* First 3 Months will be free maintenance service period.

Terms and Conditions
⮚ Delivery of the software:
The delivery of the software will be made from ready stock or within “One month" after receiving the
Work Order.

⮚ Payment Schedule:
100% Payment along-with the Work Order through accounts payee cheque / P.O / D.D in favor of
“Rainbow Software Ltd.”

⮚ Training:
We will provide training on Tally for a period of 02 working days- 03 hours per day within Dhaka City
Corporation. In case your location is outside Dhaka City Corporation, we will provide training for
full 01 working days. During the training period, we will provide in-depth operating procedure of this
software.

⮚ Support & Services:


We will provide support free of cost for the first Three Month from the date of installation. After
Service Period You need to renew annual service contract, for Single user taka 10,000/= (Taka Ten
Thousand) Only.

⮚ Warranty, Update and Upgrade:

Update version of Tally will be provided to the existing Tally customers as per Developer’s policy.
Up gradation of Tally (i.e., From single User Edition to Multi User Edition) can be made at any time
subject to availability at the same version. But in that case the difference amount between the price
of Multi User Edition and that of Single User Edition must be paid @ market value at the time of the
up gradation of the Software. Present upgraded price for single user to multi user is 1,07,640/= TK.

⮚ Validity of the Quotation:


This quotation is valid up to “15 days” from date of its issuance.

Hardware requirements:
Minimum disk space: 1 TB (Excluding Data)
For Work Station PC: RAM 4 GB or above Processor: Core i3 or above
For Server PC: RAM 8 GB or above, Processor: Core i5 or above standard
Operating System Software: Microsoft Windows 7, 10, 11 etc. (64 Bit operating system)
Server Operating system: Windows server 8, 12, 16 etc. (64 BIT Operating system)
Monitor Resolution: Recommended 1024 X 768 or higher
Server / LAN support (for multi user edition)
Protocol support: TCP/IP for Microsoft Windows network (Same IP or LAN)

Data Transfer (Synchronization) & Tally.Net Facility:, Remote login, Data Backup

You can take back-up by using pen drive, hard disk or any other media. If you use more than one software
at different location/branches, Tally data may be collected from one station to another station using data
synchronization option. Tally data will be upgraded directly, for that you need dedicated broad band
internet connection, at least Two Tally licenses software with extra charges. Tally.Net facilities are free
for one year only. After one year, if you will purchase Tally Prime, then you get again one year free
facilities. Some of the major TSS capabilities are browser reports, remote login, upgrade to latest release
etc. Remote login is free one year for 10 users for multi and 1 user for single.

Tally Virtual Users: (TVU) and Tally Software in Cloud


Tally Prime license can be accessed in virtualized/online environment with authorization via Tally
Solutions Ltd. Customer gets TVU one year free 1 user for single, 10 users for multi, and 20 users for Tally
Prime Server. Additional TVU users can be procured @ $3 Dollar per month $ 36 Dollar per year (+ 15%
VAT applicable.) You can host your Tally Software in any cloud server by using VPS (Virtual private
server). Cost applicable as per cloud server company policy and price.
