COURSE DESCRIPTION:

A comprehensive study of the laws on the contracts of sales which examines the
concept, documents, rights and obligations of parties, actions for breach, remedies of
the parties and extinguishment.

COURSE GOALS:

Know and fully understand the laws and their applications, master the provisions,
develop critical and analytical thinking, effective in written and oral communication,
logical reasoning, and sound judgment, exercise of proper professional and ethical
responsibilities
