1. What is the job title for the openings?


The position is for Service Desk Associate Support Engineer. Initially, during the
internship phase, the title will be Intern. During the probation period, it will change to
Trainee, and upon successful completion, the title will be updated to Associate Support
Engineer in the full-time role.

2. What is the role of a Service Desk Associate?


The Associate serves as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.

Eligibility and Qualifications

3. Who is eligible to apply for this position?


Students graduating in 2025 only from relevant fields are eligible, specifically those who
have studied computer hardware, software, and networking.

4. What are the required qualifications for this position?

o BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related fields, BCA/MCA, BE/BTech in CSE, IT, AI,
ML, DS, Networking, ECE, or EEE.

o Non-circuit branches are not eligible; only core computer-related degrees are
considered for this position.

Work Conditions

5. What are the work locations for this role?


The work locations are Bangalore or Vizag only.

6. What is the work schedule?


The position requires working 5 days a week with rotational night shifts.

12. What is the duration of the internship?


The internship lasts from November 2024 until the completion of graduation or May
2025.

13. How long is the probationary period?


The probationary period lasts for 3 months after the internship.

14. What will be the stipend during the probationary period?


The stipend will be between 18K to 20K.

15. What happens after the probationary period?


After the probationary period, candidates will be deployed as full-time employees based
on their performance.

Colleges should acknowledge receipt of the email and communicate their interest and
target submission date via email.

22. What support will be provided to candidates during the interview process?
The Infinite HR Team will coordinate the interview process.
