In my role as a pre-trained teacher in my school and a guide for my students, I have outlined the following personal goals:
1. To improve teaching and learning experience for students through the implementation of advanced teaching strategies and stimulating
learning tools.
2. To enhance learning experience through the implementation and integration of ICT tools in the classroom.
3. To create holistic classroom experience which ensures optimal learning outcomes.
4. To provide support through one-on- one tutelage and corrective programmes to as a holistic approach to impact students.
