7. What are the CHRP Knowledge Exam (CHRP-KE) & CHRL Knowledge Exam (CHRL-KE) & the
Employment Law Exams (CHRP-ELE and CHRL-ELE)?
8. Explain the differences between the CHRP-KE, CHRL-KE and the CHRP-ELE/CHRL-ELE
The difference between both exams is that the CHRP-KE and the CHRP-ELE are both entry level exams and
when you go on to do the CHRL-KE and the CHRL-ELE it will be the same concept but more difficult

10. What is the recertification log and what is CPD? After how many years do you need to recertify?
The Recertifcation log discribes the various categories and types of activities that meet the CPD
requirement. CPD is continuing professional development and it ensures that members who have earned
there desinations participate in ongoing professional development activites. You must recertify every 3
years
