In this study, the spoiling-inhibiting properties of both antioxidants and citric acid were investigated
by creating a sweet potato peeling powder and lime rind powder composite. The powder mixture was
applied to strawberry and carrot specimens using three trials. However, the experiment yielded
unsatisfactory results and the level of details covered in this study prompts further investigations.
