Student Profile Editing

(User Manual)

1. Login

All Students of each college can login by entering their Temporary Student ID, password and
their date of birth.

2. Profile
For editing profile details take menu “Profile” . This Menu contains 6 sub menus. First
shows students that we already registered.

a) General Details

This form shows students Basic details with profile photo if any .We cannot change these details. If
we need any change of these please inform it to corresponding colleges.

b) Personal

This menu used for adding personal details of student. Enter personal details (if already entered
the details will shows in the corresponding fields, we can change that values also), then save it by clicking
“save “button.
c) Photograph

This menu used for adding or changing profile photo of each student. Click file browse button
and select an image and then click “Upload” button to upload profile photo. If already saved then image shows
in the default image location.

d) Entrance Exam

This menu used for entering entrance exam details. Enter entrance exam details. Then save that
detail. If the student have already saved that details, it will shows in the corresponding fields, we can change
that values also.
e) Qualifying Exam

This menu used for entering qualifying exam details . Enter Qualifying exam details. Then save
that detail. If the student have already saved that details, it will shows in the corresponding fields, we can
change that values also.

f) Other

This menu used for entering other details such as certificate details (Migration, Equivalance,
Other Relevant details) and Internship Details. Enter other details if any. Then save that detail. If the student
have already saved that details, it will shows in the corresponding fields, we can change that values also.
