Andre: "Maayung gabii, University of Mindanao Digos College, and welcome

to Socio-Cultural Night!"

Mary Claire: "Good evening, mga Gaa!"

(Hosts exchange light-hearted chitchat to warm up the audience)

Mary Claire: "Before we proceed with our exciting program, may I request
everyone to please stand for our opening prayer, followed by the singing of
our national anthem and the UMDC Hymn."

(Prayer, National Anthem, and UMDC Hymn play)

Andre: "Once again, good evening, ladies and gentlemen! Tonight, we


welcome you all to Socio-Cultural Night."

Mary Claire: "I am Mary Claire Salarde..."

Andre: "...and I am Andre John Calledo."

Both: "We are from the AB Communication program!"

(Hosts exchange a few remarks about the Socio-Cultural Night, its purpose,
and the community spirit it promotes)

Mary Claire: "Before we dive into the competition, allow us to introduce our
esteemed panel of judges for this evening."

(Andre introduces each judge one by one)


Mary Claire: "We will now begin the competition with the Vocal Duet
category."

Andre: "But first, let’s review the criteria for judging the Vocal Duet
competition."

(Mary Claire reads the criteria for judging)

Andre: "Without further ado, please help me welcome our first performers
from the merged department, DAETP!"

(Round of applause)

(Departments perform in the following sequence: DAETP, DBA, DAS, DTE,


SHS, DCJE)

Mary Claire: "That concludes our Vocal Duet performances. Now, let's move
on to the Vocal Solo category. Once again, here is the criteria for judging."

(Andre reads the criteria for Vocal Solo)

Andre: "Starting us off, please welcome from the merged department,


DAETP!"

(Departments perform in the same sequence: DAETP, DBA, DAS, DTE, SHS,
DCJE)
Andre: "Now, let’s shift to our Dance category! First up is the Video Mimic
category. Here is the criteria for judging."

(Mary Claire reads the criteria for Video Mimic)

Andre: "Without further delay, let’s begin with the merged department,
DAETP!"

(Departments perform in the sequence: DAETP, DBA, DAS, DTE, SHS, DCJE)

Mary Claire: "What a fantastic set of performances! Moving on, we’ll proceed
with the Novelty Dance category. Here are the criteria for judging."

(Andre reads the criteria for Novelty Dance)

Andre: "Starting us off, please welcome the merged department, DAETP!"

(Departments perform in the same sequence: DAETP, DBA, DAS, DTE, SHS,
DCJE)

Mary Claire: "That was dazzling! Finally, we come to the last category in
dance, the Hiphop Dance. Let's review the judging criteria."

(Andre reads the criteria for Hiphop Dance)

Andre: "And without further ado, let's kick off with the merged department,
DAETP!"

Mary Claire: "That concludes all our performances for tonight’s Socio-Cultural
Night!"

Andre: "Thank you for joining us this evening!"

Mary Claire: "We hope you enjoyed the show and felt the spirit of UMDC
tonight."

Andre: "Once again, I am Andre John Calledo..."

Mary Claire: "...and I am Mary Claire Salarde..."

Both: "...from the AB Communication program. Daghang salamat, University

Mary Claire: "Have a wonderful night, mga Gaa!"

(Background music plays as the hosts exit the stage)
