An African safari offers a rare opportunity to observe wildlife in their natural habitat. While a
safari can bring moments of amazement, certain actions could cause danger or disruption to the
natural ecosystem.
During the drives, minimising noise is essential. Animals are easily frightened by sudden sounds.
While an up-close encounter with huge creatures like elephants or lions can be thrilling,
remember they are wild and dangerous. Never yell or try to attract their attention. Such
behaviour can make them feel threatened, which could lead to animal attacks on humans. Some
tourists have been seriously injured by those wild animals.
If you're lucky, you could see a dramatic hunt or see newborn animals directly, which are
unforgettable experiences. However, always avoid touching or feeding those animals, as this
could result in unexpected effects on their natural behaviour. People could feel embarrassed if
they get caught breaking these rules. Furthermore, avoid littering, a shameful act that harms the
local biology
A safari could offer memorable experiences, but to ensure safety for both humans and animals, it
is essential to follow specific behavioural guidelines. In other words, always follow your tour
guide's instructions carefully.

Mare Steve Irwin was an Australian television hest, wildlile conservationist and zookeeper. Bom
on 22 February 1962. in Australia, Steve dedicated his life to the preservation and promotion of
wildlife.
Steve's passion for wildlife began at a young age when he helped his parents protect Australia's
wild reptiles. They started their business by building Beerwah Reptile Park on 1.6 hectares of
land in Queensland. Then, they tried to catch and relocate endangered kinds of reptiles like
lizards, snakes and crocodiles to their park, besides, they took care of other injured species like
kangaroos and birds. As Steve grew older his passion for reptiles and other animals deepened,
leading him to pursue a career as a nature conservationist.

show documented his thrilling encounters with crocodiles, snakes, spiders and countless other
creatures. In some scenes, Steve got so close to a venomous snake that he got bitten, but he was
well-prepared for that kind of accident and got the antidote instantly. With his strong enthusiasm
and close approach to wild animals, he took his job seriously and successfully captured the
viewers' attention, raising their awareness of conservation.
He had hosted other TV shows before he expanded Beerwah Reptile Park and renamed it the
Australia Zoo. The zoo became an ideal place for Steve to educate and inspire others about the
importance of the natural world. Moreover, he was a passionate supporter of wildlife
conservation and helped carry out other conservation projects.
Tragically, on 4 September 2006, Steve was filming a documentary underwater in Australia's

Young workers entering the competitive job market often face a variety of challenges during
their first job interviews. Understanding those challenges can help young candidates figure out
suitable solutions.
One common problem is a mismatch between the candidate's competence and the job
requirements. Even with a qualification in the right field of study, young workers may lack the
in-depth knowledge of the specific cases required by the employer. They might also need to
demonstrate the practical applications of their studies in a real workplace. Therefore, job seekers
should research the company and the position thoroughly and tailor their CVs and interview
responses to highlight relevant skills and experience so that they can have a better chance of
passing the interviews. The inability to compete with more experienced candidates is a
drawback. Despite having enthusiasm, most young workers are short of practical work
experience that demonstrates their proven capabilities. To make up for the disadvantage, young
workers should mention internships, certificates of attendance at relevant workshops or volunteer
work that can help them become more persuasive in a job interview. Furthermore, some young
candidates may struggle with soft skills that employers highly value. These include time
management skills, multitasking skills and leadership skills. Therefore, it is vital that young
candidates explore the soft skills and spend time practising the skills in groups so that they can
deal with the interview questions relevant.
Finally, some young candidates who are fluent in a foreign language are not confident enough to
do a presentation effectively in that language. Therefore, it is imperative to take lots of
presentation practice so that they can become confident for a presentation in the interview.

By identifying the common problems in the First job interviews and taking proactive steps,
young office workers can be well-prepared and have more chances of passing their interviews.

The transition from university to the workplace presents a number of challenges for young
graduates This essay will examine some common problems encountered by young graduates.
First, the shift from the academic environment to the ambiguous professional world could be
shocking. University life is defined by clear assignments and deadlines, in contrast, the
workplace demands greater problem-solving to deal with unexpected things. Consequently, the
unfamiliar work environment can be disorientating for young workers.
Second, young graduates have to shoulder more severe responsibilities in the workplace then at
college Academic errors could cost students points while workplace mistakes can lead to severe
consequences. This pressure can lead to long-term anxiety and discouragement
Third, building professional relationships could be seriously challenging Young graduates might
work with difficult experienced co-workers who only respect others because of their competence
rather than their friendly attitude in the workplace. From their viewpoint, respect must be earned.
Consequently, young workers might have a hard time dealing with those senior colleagues.
Finally, unreal expectations play a role in young workers early struggles. With a desire for a
dream job, young workers are likely to be shocked by the harsh reality of entry-level positions.
The practical job responsibilities, benefits and career progression could make them bitterly
disappointed.

In conclusion, the transition from university to the workforce is a complex challenging process.
Understanding the root of these challenges is essential for young graduates to be well-prepared
for their future jobs.

Stephen William Hawking (1942-2018) was a famous physicist.cosmologist and great author.
Despite suffering from physical disabilities, he overcame lots of obstacles to become a great
scientist. Born as a healthy child in Oxford, England. Stephen had a normal childhood. Despite
having low grades in most subjects at school, he dreamt of going to university. Years later, he
realised his dream with a first-class Bachelor's degree in Physics at Oxford University and then
pursued a PhD in Cosmology at Cambridge University.
Unfortunately, by the time he completed his PhD in 1966, he had been diagnosed with
amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a kind of neurological disease that made him unable to use
his muscles the same as normal people. Despite his severe physical disabilities, Stephen
managed to fulfil his ambitions and significantly contributed to modern science. In 1974,
Stephen proposed that black holes emit radiation, which is now known as Hawking radiation, a
groundbreaking idea that challenged other existing theories. Being unable to write or speak
properly, Stephen had to speak through a portable computer that was modified to fit his
wheelchair. That computer helped him write lots of books, one of which was "A Brief History of
Time" published in 1988, which featured scientific concepts of the universe. Stephen also
appeared on lots of TV programmes, explaining complicated concepts to TV viewers in simple
ways, which made him popular outside his academic community.
One of the greatest lessons that people can learn from Hawking might be his will to survive. A
disabled person diagnosed with ALS was thought to be able to survive another 4 years, but
Stephen managed to survive for 55 years, which was beyond doctors' expectations. Some of
them couldn't explain that miracle. He left lots of thought-provoking quotations, one of which
was "My advice to other disabled people would be, concentrate on things your disability doesn't
prevent you from doing well, and don't regret the things it interferes with. Don't be disabled in
spirit as well as physically. Stephen's legacy will live on for the ages.
