Objectives:
1. Assess students' prior knowledge of contemporary art forms and practices in the
Philippines.

Copies of the diagnostic test
Pens/pencils
Answer sheets (if separate from the test)

Procedure:
1. Introduction (10 minutes)
o Begin with a brief introduction to the topic: "Contemporary Art Forms and
Practices in the Philippines."
o Explain the purpose of the diagnostic test: to assess current knowledge and
identify learning needs.
o Emphasize that this is not a graded test but a tool to help guide future lessons.
2. Instructions for the Test (5 minutes)
o Distribute the diagnostic test to all students.
o Clearly explain the format of the test, including multiple-choice questions,
short answer questions, matching type, true or false, and an essay question.
o Go over the instructions for each section to ensure understanding.
