Notify your vendor the information of Machine Credentials, Machine ID, and
Getting Started Machine keys displayed on the screen. Wait until the vendor informs you the Code

Installation on Windows
1. Enter your password of managing the license server which you have
already specified in installing Software Package. Then the web browser
will automatically pop up.

Hereafter, the UNIX/Linux/Windows user will follow the same installation

steps below.

Enter these information to each blank on the window, then click “Next” again.

When the ID with letters beginning from “0SSMID” appeared for the Machine IDs,
this means that registration process was completed successfully. You must notify your
vendor this ID for the license to be issued. After the vendor sent you the license file,
you need to install this file following the steps of the “Installing the License File” section
on the reverse side.

In case the web browser on the license server machine cannot be invoked, you can
access another machine connected to the same network as the server machine, [email protected]
with web browser enabled. Using this machine, you can perform the registration www.silvaco.com
process called “Remote Registration”. In performing this, please replace the
localhost part of the “http://localhost:3162” to your license server name.
 Click the “Install New License(s)” button.

On-line Registration STEP 4

Getting Started Fill in the each blank of Email Address, Company, Telephone, Contact Name. Then
click “Next” button.

Click the “Install Saved File” button.
Installation on Windows
1. Enter your password of managing the license server which you have
already specified in installing Software Package. Then the web browser
will automatically pop up.

Hereafter, the UNIX/Linux/Windows user will follow the same installation steps below.

local drive so that the license server can read it. The list of available products and the number of each product will show up on the
window.
