Night: 12. Wind Down (8:45 PM - 9:15 PM) - Engage in relaxing activities like light reading or
listening to calming music.
13. Review/Plan for Tomorrow (9:15 PM - 9:30 PM) - Reflect on your day and set goals for the
next one.
14. Sleep (9:30 PM) - Aim for a restful sleep to recharge for the next day.
Tips:
Make use of any short breaks during school for light review.
Keep your drawing time sacred; it’s essential for your mental health.
