Daily Routine for Project Kaizen (School Days)

Early Morning:

1. Wake Up (4:00 AM)

Start your day with prayer or meditation.

2. Breakfast (4:30 AM)

Eat a nutritious breakfast to fuel your mind and body.

3. Study Session (5:00 AM - 6:00 AM)

Focus on reviewing key subjects or preparing for the day ahead.

School Hours: 4. School (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)


Engage actively in your classes.

Afternoon: 5. Return Home & Lunch (3:45 PM - 4:15 PM)

Have a quick snack or light meal.

6. Relax/Break (4:15 PM - 4:45 PM)

Unwind after school; this could include a short walk or listening to music.

Evening: 7. Study Session 1 (4:45 PM - 5:45 PM)

Focus on homework or subjects you found challenging during school.

8. Drawing Time (5:45 PM - 6:45 PM)

Spend this hour drawing to express creativity and relieve stress.


Dinner and Evening Routine: 9. Dinner (6:45 PM - 7:15 PM)

Enjoy a wholesome dinner with family or friends.

10. Reconnect with God (7:15 PM - 7:45 PM)

Spend time in prayer, reflection, or reading scripture.

11. Study Session 2 (7:45 PM - 8:45 PM)

Final review for the day or prepare for upcoming tests.

Night: 12. Wind Down (8:45 PM - 9:15 PM) - Engage in relaxing activities like light reading or
listening to calming music.

13. Review/Plan for Tomorrow (9:15 PM - 9:30 PM) - Reflect on your day and set goals for the
next one.

14. Sleep (9:30 PM) - Aim for a restful sleep to recharge for the next day.

Prioritize your most challenging subjects during study sessions.

Make use of any short breaks during school for light review.
