Cooking instructions
ROASTING FROZEN VEGGIES

1. Preheat your oven to 450°. The oven needs to


be HOT to get them right!
2. Use your desired oil and seasoning and coat
well, feel free to keep this simple. Sea salt and
olive oil work great with almost any veggies.
3. Spread them in one layer on the baking sheet,
try not to crowd them!
4. Refer to cook times below!

Asparagus 12-17 minutes

Broccoli 16-18 minutes

Butternut
24-28 minutes
Squash

Carrots 22-26 minutes

Cauliflower 16-18 minutes

Mixed
16-18 minutes

Zucchinni 12-17 minutes

1. Preheat your oven to 425°. The oven needs to be


HOT to get them right!
2. Use your desired oil and seasoning and coat
well, feel free to keep this simple. Sea salt and
olive oil work great with almost any veggies.
3. You can pair veggies with similar times! It's OK
to crowd the pan a bit, but this will make the
cook time a bit longer. Size also matters, if you
cut them smaller they will cook quicker.
4. Refer to cook times below!

Asparagus 10-15 minutes

Broccoli 15-20 minutes

Butternut
20- 55 minutes
Squash

Carrots 28-32 minutes

Cauliflower 15-20 minutes

Onions 30-45 minutes

Zucchinni 8-15 minutes

Quick Side Ideas


FRUIT

Easy Fruit Salad: Grab fruits on sale, give them a


rinse and combine in a bowl.
Lime-Honey Fruit Salad: Combine apples, pears,
grapes with a touch of lime juice and honey.
Apples and nut or seed Butter
Banana slices with nut or seed butter on top
Yogurt Berry Salad: strawberries, raspberries,
blueberries, and blackberries rinsed then
dumped in a bowl with a cup of yogurt (or
more!)

CANNED VEGGIES
Better than normal canned corn: Drain corn
and put a skillet with a few tbsp of butter, then
garlic, salt, and parsley to taste. Simmer for 3-5
minutes and enjoy!
Quick Southern Green Beans: Dump a can of
green beans in a pot, combine with bacon bits,
butter, and onion powder to taste. Simmer for
as long as you can on medium heat (ready in
under 5 minutes, but longer is better) and
enjoy!
Brown Sugar Carrots: Combine 2 tbsp of both
brown sugar and butter with a bit of cinnamon
in a skillet on medium heat until melted. Drain
carrots and stir in. Let cook for 2-3 minutes and
enjoy!
