Committal Order u/s. 209 of Criminal Procedure Code in


R.C.C.No. 35/2022.

ORDER BELOW EXH.1.

The officer in­charge, after the completion of the


investigation in Crime No. 80/2022 registered with Deogad Police Station
has filed Charge sheet u/s.173(2) of Cr.P.C. Accused appeared before me
as they are on bail. Accused are charged with the offences punishable
under section 328, 379 r/w. 34 of I.P.C. which are exclusively triable by
the Court of Sessions. The copies of the charge sheet have been supplied
to the accused person. The accused no. 1 and 2 are represented by
learned advocate Shri. R.S.Gavhankar and accused no. 3 is represented by
learned advocate Shri. Amol Samant. During the inquiry with accused, it
revealed that they are going to engage a counsel of their choice. Hence,
the following order is passed.
ORDER

1. This case is committed to the Court of Sessions Sindhudurg­


Oros.

2. The accused are directed to appear before the Hon'ble


Sessions Court, Sindhudurg­Oros on 20/02/2024 at 10.30
a.m. without fail.

3. The record of the case and muddemal property, if any, be


sent to the Court of Sessions, Sindhudurg­Oros.

4. The Public Prosecutor be notified of the commitment of


the case to the Court of Sessions, Sindhudurg­Oros.
