EVENT DETAILS

ART
1. NAME OF EVENT: RANGOLI
TYPE OF EVENT: - GROUP (3 MEMBERS)
CLASS: VII STD (1 TEAM / SCHOOL)
THEME: OPEN
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
 Time limit: - 1 hour
 No reference materials will be allowed to view during competition.
 Judge’s decision is the final.
 All materials should be brought by the participants.
 Size: 4 x 4.
 The judge's decision will be final.
2. NAME OF EVENT: ART IN GRAPHITE (PENCIL SKETCH
DRAWING)
TYPE OF EVENT: - SOLO EVENT
CLASS: IV STD (1 PARTICIPANT/ SCHOOL)
THEME: OPEN
RULES AND REGULATIONS
 Time duration – 1 hour
 Participants are required to bring their own materials.
 Ready made artwork or external references are not allowed during the
competition
 Paper size – A3 size
 The judge's decision will be final.
3. NAME OF EVENT: CHROMALASH (COLOURING – ARTISTRY IN
EVERY STROKE)
TYPE OF EVENT: - SOLO EVENT
CLASS: I (1 PARTICIPANT / SCHOOL)
THEME: OPEN
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
 Time duration: 30 minutes.
 Colouring sheets will be provided.
 The participants should bring all the required things for colouring.
 The judge’s decision will be final.
4. NAME OF EVENT: JUNK TO JEWELS (BEST OUT OF WASTE)
TYPE OF EVENT: - DUAL EVENT
CLASS: V – 2 PARTICIPANT (1 TEAM / SCHOOL)
THEME: OPEN
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
 Time:1 hour.
 Participants are requested to create things using waste materials (e.g. -
shoe box).
 Participants are requested to bring required materials.
 Winners will be selected based on their creativity and innovation.
 The judge’s decision will be final.
5. NAME OF EVENT: QUILLING ART
TYPE OF EVENT: - DUAL
CLASS: VI (1 TEAM (2 PARTICIPANT) \ SCHOOL)
THEME: NATURE
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
 Time: - 1 hour
 The art work is based on quelling paper
 Students must create an art piece using quilling paper on the theme of
nature, featuring birds, animals, flowers and other related elements.
 Students must bring the required materials including like chart, quilling
paper, glue, cardboard if required.
 The judge’s decision will be final.
 Students can refer to the photo attached below.

6. NAME OF EVENT: FUTSAL – 27/09/2024 (FRIDAY)
TYPE OF EVENT: - 5+2 subs, 1 team per school
CATEGORY:
1) VI to VIII (Junior)
2) IX to XII (Senior)
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
 This event is only open to boys.
 Matches will be held for a duration of 15 minutes with 7 minutes in each
half and a break of 1 minute.
 Participants are required to bring their own kits.
 Further rules will be explained on the spot by the referee.
LITERATURE
7. EVENT NAME – SNAP SPEECH CHALLENGE (MINUTE TO WIN)
TYPE OF EVENT – SOLO EVENT
CLASS: VIII STD (1 PARTICIPANT \ SCHOOL)
THEME: OPEN
RULES AND REGULATIONS –
 Topic will be given individually to each contestant on spot.
 Time duration – 1-minute maximum
 Contestants must avoid obscene statement or words and speak for and
against the topic.
 It should be presented with appropriate points.
 Spontaneity and humour will be checked.
 The event will be conducted in 1 round.
 The judge's decision will be final.
8. EVENT NAME – NAVARASA (MONO ACTING)
TYPE OF EVENT – SOLO EVENT
CLASS: III STD (1 PARTICIPANT \ SCHOOL)
THEME: OPEN
RULES AND REGULATIONS –
 Theme will be OPEN to each contestant.
 Time duration –3 -minute maximum.
 Contestant will be concentrating on costume, content and flow of
speech.
 Judgement will be based on clarity of speech, content and costume
 The judge's decision will be final.
9. NAME OF EVENT: AD ZAP
TYPE OF EVENT – GROUP EVENT
CLASS: IX - XII STD (GROUP OF 5 MEMBERS – 1 TEAM \ SCHOOL)
THEME: OPEN
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
 Topics will be given on the spot and 10 mins duration will be given for
preparation.
 Participants should stick to the time limit.
 Teams can choose different forms of expression such as role play, Dance,
short skit or any other form of their innovative ideas.
 Teams are allowed to bring their own properties as needed.
 Time Duration: - 3 mins
 The judge's decision will be final.
10. NAME OF EVENT: TALE TREK (STORY NARRATION- BRING
NARRATIVES TO LIFE)
TYPE OF EVENT – SOLO EVENT
CLASS: II STD (1 PARTICIPANT \ SCHOOL)
THEME: OPEN
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
 The participants are strictly prohibited from reading from any text or
keynote while delivering the story.
 Participants are encouraged to incorporate props and costumes that
complement their story narration.
 Participants are not allowed to bring properties that can potentially litter
the venue, such as liquid, powder that may create mess.
 Time limit: 3-5 mins
 The judge's decision will be final.

THEME: OPEN
RULES AND REGULATIONS
 Maximum 6 members in a group
 Duration: minimum – 3 minutes, maximum – 4 minutes.
 Song selection – open choice (including cinema songs).
 Any means of vulgarity in songs / steps will be disqualified
 Properties should be used in folk dance to highlight the theme of the dance.
However, water and fire are strictly not permitted.
 Slots will be allocated by the organizers on the day of the event.
 DUAL DANCE – A Barrier will be placed between the dancers. Obscuring
their view of each other. Performers must dance without visual contact with
their partner.
 Judgement will be based on the choreography, creativity, costumes, usage of stage,
musicality and expression.
 Judge’s decision will be final, if any disagreements or arguments will be strictly
disqualified.
MUSIC
16. NAME OF THE EVENT: DECIBEL (RAISE THE MIC)
TYPE OF EVENT – 16. SOLO SINGING- III - V (1 PARTICIPANT / SCHOOL)
17. RISE THE MIC VI – VIII (1 TEAM) (6 PARTICIPANT / SCHOOL)

THEME: OPEN
RULES AND REGULATIONS

 Time allotted for each performance


o SOLO SINGING – 3 MINS.
o GROUP SINGING – 3 MINS.
o BAND – 5 MINS.
 Participants will not be allowed referring to the lyrics while singing.
 The participants will be judged on the vocal technique, rhythm and
tempo, timing, harmony and their appeal to the audience.
 The participant should bring their own musical instruments if required
in the performance.
 Choice of the song is open to the participants but the song should not
have by slang or derogatory languages.
 Maximum 6 member in a group.
 Maximum time allowed for the group song is 5 minutes.
 The participants will be judged on the coordination, vocal technique,
rhythm and tempo, timing, harmony and their appeal.
 The judge's decision will be final.
