• K-Electric may, as its option use the security deposit for the purpose of self-utilisation by K-Electric from time to time and shall, upon discontinuationof Electricity supply to the
consumer, adjust/return the security deposit as the case may be

• I/We confirm that the Information given in this Form is true and correct in all material aspects and I /we have not withheld, misrepresented, or failed to disclose any other relevant material
information to K-Electric.
• I/We “AGREE” and “PERMIT” K-Electric to review and verify the Information including my personal information, to process, perform and facilitate the implementation, management and
administration of the matters contemplated and set out in this Form and for which purpose, K-Electric may share, transfer, process and verify the Information including my personal
information, with any authorized third party, competent authority or court of law.
• I/we “AGREE” and “PERMIT” K-Electric to use the Information including my personal information, provided in the Application for internal business purposes.
• I/we “AGREE” and “PERMIT” K-Electric to utilize the Information including my personal information, to enhance, enrich, and analyze it for the purpose of improving its services and for
which purpose K-Electric can share, transfer, transmit and process the same with any authorized third party and/or competent authority.
• I/we understand and agree that K-Electric may, at any time to the extent required, process, transmit, transfer, process, and share the Information, including my/our personal information,
to any authorized third party, including any, lawfully competent authority or court of law in relation to matters contemplated and set out in this Form.
• I/we acknowledge, at any time, if the Information provided pursuant to this form is found to be incorrect, forged, invalid, misrepresented K-Electric reserves the right to reject the
application. Moreover, K Electric shall have the right to disconnect the electricity connection (if it has already been provided in reliance of the information provided through this Form),
after providing a prior written notice of seven (07) working days in accordance with NEPRA Consumer Service Manual, 2021 (“CSM”).
• I/We hereby agree to pay the charges as per Tariff (which shall be enforced from time to time) and all services-related charges including Security Deposit and other payments (if any) as
per approved terms and conditions.
• I/We hereby agree to abide by all the policies & procedures of K-Electric as may be applicable from time to time including without limitation on HSEQ. and verify that all details and
documents are authentic.
• I/We confirm that K-Electric may, as its option, use the Security Deposit for the purpose of meeting its business requirements and shall upon discontinuation of electric supply to me/us,
adjust/return the Security Deposit as the case may be as per applicable laws and K-Electric’s practice. Nothing in this form shall be deemed to derogate from any rights that K-Electric has
under the applicable laws including the CSM.
• I/We undertake that no hurdles will be created during the survey. My premise is in use/authorized person will be available on the site for the survey.

Reasons of Application Rejection/

• Outstanding dues on the Premises.
• Premise is under construction where New Connection is applied for.
• Commercial activity is going on at the location where Residential meter has been applied for.
• Plot is amalgamated with any other plot.
• Hinderance or permission not granted for survey.
• Non-availability of Applicant or Authorised person on the site for survey.
• If the Information provided pursuant to this form is found to be incorrect, invalid and/or a misrepresentation.

Process after Application Registration/

• Following the Application K-Electric shall verify all Information provided which, to the extent required, include transmission, processing, transferring, and sharing of Information
including Applicant’s personal information with any lawfully authorized company, competent authority or court of law.
• Following the payment submission, please obtain a Test Form from a licensed Electric Inspector of Karachi (EIK) or EIK’s authorised contractor and submit the Test Form at your

• You are requested to make all the required payments through the dedicated payment channels specified herein; no payment should be made directly to any individual or any
representative of KE.

Rs 50 Revenue stamp of Government of Sindh

mentioned herein, or documents provided with the Application change at a later stage, I shall promptly inform K-Electric of the same along provision of
any relevant documents thereto.

3 I do not have an existing electricity connection at _____________________________(“Premises”) for which Application is applied for and I have provided
complete details of all already existing electrical connections (if any) registered under my name. Further that, if any previously existing electricity
connection at the Premises is noticed later on, I shall be liable to promptly pay K-Electric any outstanding dues in respect of such previously existing
