Agenda

I. Feedbacking of previous school activities

Magadan: The success of the activities because of everybody’s contribution of


ideas. The support of the parents/students is vital.

Tabo-tabo: The parents are very supportive. They do not mind the cost of
expenses. The activities are well-prepared.

Solitana: The students are very excited of the activities.

Poligrates: There is support from the faculty especially during the Buwan ng
Wika. Moreover, the students are very participative as well as the parents.

Padayhag: During meetings, only few parents will attend. However, they show
full participation during the conduct of the activity.

Pragamac: There is full participation from the students. More so, they are
responsible of their task if they are given proper guidance. Meanwhile, the
brownout during the Acquaintance Party has tested our character and resiliency.
On the other hand, the students are very resourceful in finding their attire for
their desired profession.

Sumalpong: We need to involve the parents and stakeholders so that they will
show support to the school. He suggested that all activities should be posted in
the official FB page so that they will know the happenings in the school.

Umbac: The new venue is a breath of fresh air. The students and parents are
very supportive.

Paglinawan: The decoration has been bonga and creative. She applauded the
creativity of the students especially the decoration team.

Maquiling: She is happy that she was assigned in here. The Career Guidance
activity brought back all her memories in high school.

Bation: I was amazed of the teachers for their participation. The activities are
tests of her character and governance in manning the school. The Nutrition
Month has been a success. The teachers are dili pala pala. The students are very
participative. There is division of labor among teachers. More so, teachers will
take over of the assigned task of the absent teacher. For the Career Guidance, it
should have been better if the students have enough time to showcase their
attire. On the other hand, the school lacked resources and politics play a role in
the disruption of electricity on areas that are Alyansa governed. Give due points
to students who joined all the activities.

II. Suggestions for future events/activities:

 Write letter for booking sa queengate, use of their generator, sipcor, copy
furnished sipcor, division office care of A. Umbac. Mugamit pud og chair
350 and tables
 Kuhaon ang bayad sa sound system, tarp from the collected money in the
UN. Borrow flowers from the elementary department.
 Rehearse all presentations.

III. Meeting on November 7 at CIS for the part 4 of IPCRF. Meeting of 3 school heads
in larena. From 9 am onwards.

 There is humane consideration

 Dugukanan Oratorical Contest: Have 5 students who can memorize,
strong voice to be trained. Coach: D. Tabo-tabo
 Theme: Social Media: Do more harm than good!

VI. Men’s Month Contest


 Inter-agency dance contest
 Will collect voluntary snack contribution.

 On farms by school head but bation declined due to comprehensive
examination break. But moved to a later date, after inset, she will join.
