COMPANY

Brothers LPG is a liquefied petroleum gas distribution and technical

solution provider company and a leading owner and pioneer of the
implementation of modern Reticulated Systems in our country. Our
founding executives have managed LPG distribution by providing
innovative technologies with turnkey solutions to the LPG market since
2017.
Brothers LPG began its entrepreneurial journey as a domestic LPG
distribution company. When we considered how important LPG has
become to the expansion of the economy, we discovered that
Bangladesh has a large LPG market with a huge demand. We cannot
disregard the necessity of LPG, particularly at the macro level. We so
sought to guarantee a constant flow of LPG with proper distribution
channels to the rest of the country. We first focused on a limited number
of sectors. Later in 2020, we expanded our coverage to include the
textile, packaging, food processing, and construction industries.

LPG STORAGE TANK

All in all, LPG tanks represent an efficient and safe method to store
liquefied petroleum gas. In the case of industrial LPG use, these storage
solutions should be part of an engineering process that takes into
account this substance's specific needs.

Liquefied petroleum gas can be used in a number of applications, which

LPG TANK

Safety Measures
· It’s advisable to install a LPG bulk tank in a
well-ventilated or outdoor area and at
ground level. Mechanical ventilation
systems should be considered in order to
guarantee the provision of fresh air.
· LPG tanks must be protected against any
source of ignition or heat and incorporate a
fire-resistance rating. Combustible
materials should also be put away from
LPG tanks, as well as anything that may
potentially generate static electricity.

Safety Measures
· These installations should be located far
away from incompatible substances and
barrier systems should be considered (for
instance, a screen wall made from non-
combustible materials).
· Alarm systems and air-quality testing are
recommended in order to monitor
potential LPG leakages.
· Staff must wear adequate PPE when
manipulating LPG tanks in order to avoid
freezer burns and other hazards.

· Pressure-relief valves are common
accessories for a LP gas cylinder. These can
help release pressure in case a pressure
build-up endangers the system.
· The engineering team in charge of
designing and implementing LPG tanks
must follow the required national and
international legislation and quality protocols.

· LPG tanks must be stored in a vertical
position and their valves closed. The use of
appropriate restraining methods must also
be considered, including chains or safety
straps.
· These storage solutions must also keep all
necessary documentation registering the
safety measures that have been
undertaken, as well as all documentation
related to dangerous goods protocols.

LPG VAPORIZING UNIT

VAPORIZER is a kind of boiler to increases the heat exchange and assists
LPG vaporization. LPG enters the vaporizer as a liquid and exits as a gas,
just like we see with natural vaporization. The big difference is that
vaporizers have a function to add artificial heat to realize a more stable
and larger vaporization capacity.

USING A VAPORIZER WILL HELP YOU

temperatures

LPG REGULATING UNIT

The LP gas regulator is a critical part of an LP gas system. The regulator
controls the flow of gas in an LP gas line by reducing the pressure from
the storage container to the gas line and eventually, the appliance the gas
line is serving.

WHY DO YOU NEED A LPG REGULATOR?

LPG is a liquefied form of gas that is stored in highly pressurized
containers. Companies liquefy LPG to reduce its volume rather than
selling it as a gas. Liquefied propane and butane are around 250 times
smaller in volume than gas. The pressurized containers ensure that it stay
in liquid form.
The regulator ensures that the pressure is maintained inside the tank as
the liquid is released in gas form. It maintains safety by acting as a barrier
between the pressurized cylinder and the heating element. It also helps
release the pressure safely.

LPG DISTRIBUTION
HEADER
The LPG Distribution Header is designed to ensure the required vapor
flow with the required pressure. When you have multiple vapor lines
serving the same purpose, a vapor distribution header can be a great
way to organize everything and save space. It has multiple inlets on one
end, and an outlet on the other end. Typically, it has several isolation
valves in inlets and a main isolation valve on the outlet, each with its
isolation valve. For potentially wet gases, such as compressed air or
steam, the header can be installed vertically with a drain valve at the
bottom.

MACHINE
COMMISSIONING
The commissioning process can be considered a quality assurance
process that enables the LPG project teams to deliver a machine
(Boiler/Burner) in full working order to the specified requirements.

Commissioning refers to the transfer of the system from the idle state
after mechanical and electrical completion to the permanent operating
state. Machine commissioning is an extremely instructive phase for
everyone involved.

LPG ROAD TANKER

The road tankers are trucks used for local delivery to fill end-use tanks.
These tanks are mounted on rigid chassis. They generally provide a
metered delivery and have tanks of 5,000 to 37,000 liters. are made of
various capacities like 12MT, 18MT, etc.

All accessories like Excess safety fittings, flow valves, valves, meters,
unloading pumps, unloading hoses, pipelines, mudguards, Tyres, and
internal valves, are provided as per requirement. The tanks are provided
with unloading pumps for decanting. The unit comes with all safety
features as per norms. The steel used for manufacturing the containers
meets A.S.T.M. specifications, and renowned brand valves and
accessories are used. Tanks have been designed to hold a pressure of
17.58 Kgf/cm² and are tested hydrostatically at 27 Kg/cm². Welding
seams are 100% x-ray tested and are subject to thermal treatment.

LPG AUTOGAS STATION

Autogas or LPG is liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) used as a fuel in internal
combustion engines in vehicles.

The main components of LPG are propane and butane. Large quantities
of petroleum gases are released when extracting oil and natural gas, and
refining crude oil. Compressing these petroleum gases converts them to
a liquid state, and creates LPG. LPG is a cleaner fuel compared to petrol
and diesel.

An LPG Autogas Station contains an LPG Storage Tank, LPG Dispenser,

Dispensing Pump, and Control Panel.
