Ubona UDial Two Factor Authentication Guide
Once a user is added, Ubona will send in SMS a two-factor authentication Secret Key to the
Phone Number of the agent (Note: SMS will be sent to the Phone Number entered. Hence, Phone
Number should be a valid Phone Number). Following is a screenshot of the SMS that the user
will receive.
The users need to perform the following steps to complete the registration.
● Users need to download a two-factor authentication mobile application. Android users
can download Google Authenticator from Google Play Store. iOS users can download
the same app from the App Store.

● As a substitute, users can also download and enable two-factor authentication browser
extensions like Authenticator on Chrome or Mozilla.

● Once downloaded and running, users need to configure the secret key from SMS
manually in the authenticator. Please follow the below steps.
● The browser extension icon will be present to the right side of the navigation bar on the
browser. Click on the Icon.

● Once QR code is scanned, it will generate a 6-digit verification code for the entered
username and app name UDial. This 6-digit verification code renews after a specified
amount of time. Users need to enter this verification code to login to the UDial
application. The screen look as follows.
Both admin and agent login require two-factor authentication verification code.
● Once the user enters username and password, validates reCaptcha and submits login, the
two factor authentication page pops out prompting a verification code.
Once the user enters the correct verification code displayed in the mobile application or browser
extension, the user will be redirected to the home page of the application as per the role. This
completes the user registration process with two-factor authentication login.
