KASHMIRI OVERSEAS ASSOCIATION, USA, in collaboration with Sharika Foundation
Charitable Trust, invites applications for 2024 -2025 Educational Assistance Program (EAP).
Applicants must be enrolled in Professional Training Institutions in India, belonging to internally displaced
Kashmiri Hindu community from Kashmir Valley. Financial assistance will be provided based on merit-cum-
poverty with preference to orphans.
Instructions for filling Application Form: Read the entire announcement before beginning to file application.
Please make sure you have the following information and documents available before starting the application
process. You will not be able to submit the forms, if required information is not available with you. LAST DATE
FOR FILLING THE APPLICATIONS IS 30TH SEPTEMBER 2024

- For “New Student” applicants (students not currently receiving KOA Scholarship) please select the
“Application Form (New Student)” Button and submit forms and required documentation (listed below).
- All the current Students to submit the documents and update information online.
- The online portal will NOT accept incomplete forms.
New Students: Please have all the information below ready before applying in the portal.

Documents required for “NEW Students”:
• Recent colour picture
• College admission proof / Bonafied Certificate from College/Fee Receipt from current year.
• Migrant certificate/Migrant Ration Card Showing Students Name.
• Income certificate(s)
• Marks certificate of the previous year which is 2023 -2024. (Do not submit older marksheets)
• Address proof of student/Adhar Card.
• If there is more than one page of any document, kindly submit next page by adding it in Miscellaneous
documents
Instructions for Continuing Students: -
• You will be emailed LOGIN and PASSWORD details for the online portal
• For “Continuing Student” please select the “Continuing Student” Button on the website.
• Login and upload the latest Marks Sheet and Bonified Certificate on the website.
• In case you have not received the Login Details kindly contact us immediately.
• In case your email has changed, kindly inform us immediately.
Incomplete applications/documents will be rejected.
