use just one when they go to work. Their children, Ayoub and Salma, are university students. Their favourite means of transpo rtation is the tramway, but they
sometimes take the bus to the university. Every member of the Alami family is busy during the week, so they do not see each other much. That’s why th e weekend
is a special time for them.
(2)Today is Saturday. It is 10 a.m. Everybody is at home. Mr Alami is planting some new flowers in the garden. After that, he is going to water the trees,
clean his car, and call his father who lives on a farm not far from Casablanca. As for Ayoub, he is fixing his bicycle becaus e he is going to go to the mall to buy a
new phone. The one he has is too old. Both Mrs Alami and her daughter are in the kitchen. The mother is making lunch, while Salma is making a big birthd ay cake.
She is going to celebrate her 20 th birthday in the afternoon with her friends.
(3)They all have fun on Saturdays, but they love Sunday more. It is their happiest time because they go out. They usually leave the city and go on a picnic
in one of the forests near Casablanca. There, they do many activities to enjoy their time. Mr Alami thinks that going to the forest once a week is a very good idea
to breathe fresh air and have fun.
