A. IDEA GENERATION
I had come up with a few business ideas, like;
• Wholesale of Food Stuff
• Footwear
• Online Modelling Agency
• Fashion Brand
I have decided to go with the fourth option cause, I think I’m able to
achieve two more things on the list with that. As a fashion brand, I get
to deal clothes and shoes and also have people model for me online. I
have come up with a brand name; LULULUX. I think it’s a unique name,
LUX meaning LUXURY cause that’s what I’m offering.

B. TYPE OF BUSINESS
The type of business I run is a Fashion Brand, offering clothing wears
and online and offline styling services.
C. NAME OF BRAND
LULULUX

D. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
It is a sole proprietorship form of business, hence I am the Managing
Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company.

E. NATURE OF BUSINESS
I discovered that the cost of booking for a Designer to make an outfit in
my location is very high and it has greatly affected the finances of
potential clients who would have loved to have someone style them to
perfection. A quick survey in Calabar shows that the cost of making an
outfit which was previously charged at ₦50,000 is now charged
between ₦100,000 to ₦150,000.
F. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Our aim is to deliver value to customers by facilitating a satisfactory


outcome that customers wish to achieve. Value in terms of availability,
affordability, quick logistics in terms of delivery, timely service in terms
of saving customers time thereby making the process easier for them.

CONCLUSION

The quality of a product or service can be the main positioning


instrument for a business. As to maintain the quality of our service or
product, we provide a safe and enabling environment for our clients to
express themselves thereby achieving their ultimate aim and keeping
us happy.
