Responsible for People Management including work plan development, performance management, and

people development.

Manages a group of intermediate level IT Support team

Responsible for team building and development including organization structure, recruiting, global team
management.

Compile and present Management Reports on team performance including metrics, deliverable status,
etc.

Communicate status to senior management and stakeholders.

Experience in ITIL and IT Service Management processes such as Incident Management, Event
Management / Monitoring, Change Request Management.

Directs work - Providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done.

Responsible of IT Controls compliance for the team

assiging production issue to team, manage client expectations & drive deliverables.

Ensure team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures including IT Security.

Experience in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make


recommendations.

Experience in SAP SD Operation system level as well as inside the SAP system.

Lead production support and business operations support for global support.

SAP SD Production Issue resolution - provide an effective interface between users and service
providers working with all necessary diagnostic information.

Monitor ITIL SLA’s, project timelines, workload distribution etc. to ensure an effective SAP
environment

Define application technical / business requirements with end-users in coordination with the
development, functional and security teams.

Recommend solution modifications, configurations, and processes

End-to-End business process Support with regard to SAP Implementations in Procurement, Finance,
Insurance, Reporting
