Ans. There are two ways to handle long text in Excel
1.Merge and Center
Select the cell where you have long text and just click Merge & Center
option from Alignment group.
2. Wrap Text
Select the cell where you have long text and just click Wrap Text option
from Alignment group .

Ans. 1. Select the Number Group from Home Tab
2. Select Accounting option and then Select your required Currency Symbol

The presentation of data and its appearance on a printed page is called
Formatting. Formatting changes the appearance of data but does not effect
the actual cell value. Home Tab will provide you many formatting options.

Q.2 (g) Cell Styles or Font formatting to format an Excel worksheet. You
can only use Which one would you choose? Give reasons for your
answer(w.b).
Ans. Font formatting would be more preferable because by choosing this option
we have more options to format our data according to our requirement.
Where as cell style provides us the option and styles of the cell formatting.
