LECTURING CONTRACT

COURSE : MORPHOLOGY
Study Program : English Education Study Program

1. Course Description

The Morphology course introduces students to the structure of words and the processes by which
words are formed and modified. It covers essential topics such as morphemes, word formation
processes, inflection, derivation, compounding, and morphological typology in various languages.

2. Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, students are expected to:

1. Understand fundamental concepts of morphology, including morphemes and word


formation.
2. Analyze morphological structures in different languages.
3. Identify inflectional and derivational processes.
4. Apply theoretical concepts to real-world linguistic data.
5. Differentiate morphological patterns in a variety of linguistic typologies.

4. Evaluation and Grading

Assessment for this course will be based on the following components:

5. Course Policies

1. Attendance : Students are required to attend at least 75% of the total sessions.
Failure to meet this requirement will affect the final grade.
2. Assignments : All assignments must be submitted by the specified deadlines. Late
submissions will result in a grade penalty.
3. Academic Integrity : Any form of plagiarism will not be tolerated and may lead to
disciplinary actions as per applicable regulations.
