Proposal

Title Sponsor (₹15 Lacs min.)

· Fest will be on the sponsor’s name and on every publicity material Confluence will be with
sponsor’s name: “COMPANY NAME” presents CONFLUENCE ‘23.

· Certificates, Souvenirs and Trophies to carry Sponsor’s name and logo


· Confluence’s official Newsletter (to be printed after the festival) will have special mention of
sponsor’s association.

· Sponsor’s logo on Invitation Letters to be sent to 500 Universities and Colleges throughout
India.

· No association to the festival of any competing brand or service to the Title Sponsor
· 3# attractive locations to Showcase products and services
· 15# Large Flexes and Banners
· 15# Standees
· One Free Standing Premium Stall
· Banners and Flexes to be placed in the most prime locations
· Other Advertisement Material to be spread out throughout the campus.

· Sponsor will be Acknowledged through memento presentation to CEO/Head of the


organization at opening/ closing Ceremony

· Invitation to the CEO/Head of the organization to be the chief guest for Star Night (The
most demanding event of the fest ): major attraction during the festival. In recent years,
Star Night has seen the likes of
Mohhammed Irfan , Jubin Nautiyal, Honey Singh, Euphoria, Mustafa Zahid and Javed Ali.
Audio Visual opportunity at Open Air Theatre and Inner Auditorium.

· 25 Star Night Passes


· Publicity through our social media pages with reach over 100K.
· “COMPANY NAME” LOGO on ID CARD
· “COMPANY NAME” PHOTO BOOTH IN PREMIUM LOCATION OF THE COLLEGE

Co-Title Sponsor (₹10 Lacs min.)

· Fest will be on the sponsor’s name along with the title sponsor, that is, you will be the co-
sponsor of the festival: Confluence in association with “COMPANY NAME”

· Sponsor’s logo on Invitation Letters to be sent to 500 Universities and Colleges throughout
India

· 2# Location to Showcase products and services


· 8# Large Flexes and Banners
· 8# Standees
· One Free Standing Premium Stall
· Banners and Flexes to be placed in the most prime locations
· Other Advertisement Material to be spread out throughout the campus.

quantity to be discussed as per the requirements and feasibility of both parties)

1. All the above proposed Packages do not include branding, fabrication or


printing costs

2. Changes can be made according to requirements, any new ideas from


associating Organizations to promote their brand and services are welcome.
