Inasal) where the restaurant was built. Considering the competitors that surrounds the Mr.
Siam kung restaurant, it will surely gain, as its attention, and those people will be the target
market of the company. For the target customers, it includes those who like shrimp and
don't have allergies to eating it, because shrimp is also known to be
one of the most essential ingredients in Thailand to be considered in
making Thai foods. In addition, those who like spiciness and love Thai
food are included in the target market. The restaurant opens at 8 in
the morning and will close at 10 in the evening. Not just because the
company offers Thai cuisine that will surely suit the tastes of food lovers, but also because
the restaurant's ambiance will surely make the customers fall in love with Thailand. As the
restaurant will be designed to look like a place in Thailand, you can see the beautiful
scenery of that country and what makes it unique from other countries. Their artifacts and
crafts are also included to make the place more idealistic, and people will definitely feel like
they are in Thailand, discovering Thailand itself just through the restaurant's interior design.
As for the staff, the company has three service crews, two chefs, two dishwashers, two
cashiers and one manager since the business just started.
The Mr. Siam Khung Company, being in business, offers serving the best Thai
cuisine in our country, specifically here in Lipa City, as it is one of the cities here in
Batangas that has only one competitor in terms of serving Thai foods. Their company's
competitor, Lil Thai Cafe, also offers different kinds of Thai food. What makes Mr. Siam
Khung unique is that their food products offered different levels of spiciness considering the
spice tolerance of their customers; the service they offered was also included as the
company only wanted the best for their customers; and they have a restaurant that has a
Thai-like ambiance that will surely make the customer come back again. The company
made sure that the food they offered contained different kinds of ingredients so that it
provided nutrients that were good for the health of customers and that the taste of Thai
cuisine was still there. For the ingredient supplier, the company made sure that the
ingredients used in making the product were of high quality and came from known suppliers
that offered high-quality ingredients at a low price. This will help the company to have less
expenses but still offers what is good for the customers.
