Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented freshers to join our dynamic software development team as Software
Developer at InfinityMinds Consulting. As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, coding,
testing, and debugging software applications. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects,
learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Development: Collaborate with senior developers and team members to design, develop, and
implement software solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.
2. Coding and Debugging: Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code while actively participating in
code reviews and debugging efforts to identify and resolve issues.
3. Problem Solving: Analyze user requirements and technical specifications to develop solutions that address
complex software challenges.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and execute test plans to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance
of developed software. Identify and fix bugs and errors as they arise.
5. Documentation: Document code changes, processes, and procedures for future reference. Maintain clear and
concise technical documentation.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance
your skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality
assurance professionals, to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as .Net, Java, C++ .
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices.
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience with internships, personal projects, or coding competitions is a plus.

Notes:
- The first 3 months will be a probation period during which you will receive a stipend of ₹10,000 per month..
- Upon successful completion of the probation period, your salary will be between ₹1.8 and ₹2.4 lakhs per
annum with a bonus component based on your performance..
- Every year, your salary will be revised.
