1. General Understanding of the Rulebook

The PUBGM Official Competition Rulebook is a guidance document that is valid for all stages
of the tournament. The Administration teams are the decision-makers for all cases and disputes
which may occur and are not written in this rulebook. Even if not directly specified, missing
matches and breaking any rule may result in a prize money reduction of up to 5 percent per
occurrence.

1.1. Confidentiality
The content of protests, discussions, or any other correspondence with the Administration Team
is deemed strictly confidential. The publication of such material is prohibited without prior
written consent from the Administration Team.

1.2. Changes to Competition Rules

The field of esports is changing rapidly as are the mobile games that are played in esports, and
the 2024 PMGC League Handbook will have to be updated or supplemented periodically to take
account of developments in the industry, changes to the business model for esports, and the
updates to PUBG MOBILE. Accordingly, the Administration Team may update, amend, or
supplement the 2024 PMGC League Player Handbook from time to time; and may interpret or
apply these clauses by releasing online postings, instructional videos, emails, or texts that
provide instructions and guidance to team members. Any material changes to the 2024 PMGC
League Player Handbook will be provided to the Team through the official PMGC Discord
server. Each team will be responsible for distributing updates and other communications relating
to the 2024 PMGC League Player Handbook to other team members. Participation in the 2024
PUBG MOBILE Global Championship League will constitute acceptance of the changed rules,
instructions, and guidance.
During the whole Tournament period, if the Competition rules involve interpretation in different
languages ​in the process of team understanding, the final interpretation shall be in English.

2. Tournament Structure

2.1. Competition Format

During the 2024 PMGC League, 48 teams will be divided in three groups and each group will
compete for an independent week for four days during the Group Stage. Top three of each group
will advance directly to the 2024 PMGC Grand Finals, joined by two special invite teams. Top
four to eleven teams from each group will advance to the Survival Stage. At the Survival Stage,
two out of three groups will play matches daily in rotation, with each group playing 12 matches
for two days in total. Top 16 performing teams from the Survival Stage will advance to Last
Chance to take the final five slots leading to the 2024 PMGC Grand Finals.

Survival Stage Last Chance

2.3. Prize Money

The total prize money of the 2024 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship is 3 Million USD. The
PMGC League has total prize money of 1.58 Million USD, and the PMGC Finals has total prize
money of 1.42 Million USD.
All prize money will be paid out to the payment data provided by the team's contact responsible
for the prize money, the latest 90 days after the 2024 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship
League has been completed if the valid payment details will be provided within the deadline
given by the Tournament Administration.
If the team won't provide a valid prize request (containing all the requested details specified
by the Tournament Administration, sent from the verified point of contact email) before the
initial deadline, the prize will only be scheduled to be sent within 30 days from the moment of
the valid prize request but may take up to 90 days, depending on the timing of your request.
A Team must provide all appropriate information within six (6) months of the Tournament
Official’s Official Request for prize money payment related information request. If a Team fails
to do so, it may be deemed that the Team forfeits the prize money. If a prize is won by an
individual player, then such must provide all appropriate information within six (6) months of the
Tournament Official’s Official Request for prize money payment related information request, or
the lowest time period allowed by law, whichever is longer.

Tournament prize money and Participation Reward will be granted to teams for participating in
all required tournament matches and promotional events and granting all rights, titles, and
interests, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to the broadcasts, feeds, content,
designs, and any other audio and/or visual works created, made or produced by Proxima Beta
Pte. Limited and VSPO or in collaboration with others, during the 2024 PMGC duration with
regards to any TBD or and any future esports competitions to Proxima Beta Pte. Limited.

PRIZE MONEY SPLIT TABLE ( LEAGUE STAGE )

Each PMGC League participating team will receive a 10,000 USD Participation Reward for
attending the tournament.
3.5% handling fee will be deducted from the team's prize money, along with local tax if
applicable.

3. Team Size & Roster Policy

3.1. Team size

A team must have 5 or 6 players (4 starters + 1 or 2 substitutes) in their active lineup.
Each team must have a minimum of 3 players that are residents or citizens of their team’s home
region and a minimum of 2 players that are residents or citizens of the team’s home region must
participate in each match.

3.2. Roster Policy

The 2024 PMGC roster must be identical to that of the PMGC qualifying tournament the team
has participated in.
Teams must submit the starter lineup of the day before 11:59 am GMT+8 on the match day. In
the event of any player substitution, such Teams shall inform the Administration Team within 3
minutes after the finish of the current game.
A Substitute may replace a Starter only between games during Tournament play. Teams may
contact the Administration Team in case of emergencies that will affect the team participation in
2024 PMGC. The Administration Team reserves the right to allow any team to make changes to
their lineup based on their request. Any emergency substitutions must be followed by a letter
from professionals in charge of relevant fields to prove the said player's emergency situation. We
will allow teams to make emergency substitutions during the tournament without first seeing the
document proving the state of emergency. By the end of the day, if the Administration Team did
not receive any document to prove the said player’s state of emergency, the points earned by the
substitute player will be voided and the team points may be punished further based on the
severity of the issue.

3.3. Unsportsmanlike Behavior

For an orderly and pleasant game, it is essential that all players have a sportive and fair attitude.
Breaches of this rule will be punished.
Every Player should represent their Team by participating to the best of their abilities. Anything
that falls short of that is considered to be unsportsmanlike and will be penalized depending on
the severity of the behavior as determined by the Administration Team.

3.4. Use of Participants’ Image and Media

By joining the 2024 PMGC League, all teams and participants will allow Proxima Beta Pte.
Limited and the Administration team to use their players and team’s imagery for any promotional
purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, team logos, participant photos, interview videos,
player names, and team names.
Without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future, all teams and
participants grant Proxima Beta Pte. Limited, its and its subsidiaries’ and affiliates’ agents,
contractors and partners, an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual and
sub-licensable license to use his/her image and likeness and/or interview statements from

him/her in its publications, advertising or other media activities (including the internet). This
license includes, but is not limited to:
a) the right to use the participant’s name;
b) the right to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of
such participant and/or record such participant’s voice;
c) the right to use quotes from any applicable interview(s) (or excerpts of such quotes), the
film, photograph(s), tape(s) or reproduction(s) of such participant, and/or recording of such
participant’s voice, in part or in whole, in its publications, in newspapers, magazines and other
print media, on television, radio and electronic media (including the Internet), in theatrical media
and/or in mailings for marketing, publicity and promotional purposes.

4.3. Scoring System

Scoring for each Tournament Game will be based on each Team’s final elimination count and
in-game placement as set forth below. The same scoring system will be used throughout all
matches during the PMGC League.

Each elimination grants 1 point.

4.4. Tiebreakers
Ties between two Teams during the 2024 PMGC League in each of the Group stage, Survival
Stage, and Last Chance will be separately determined in the order of
(a) total times of winning the first placement across all Tournament Games in the applicable
stage of the 2024 PMGC League;
(b) total accumulated placement points across all Tournament Games in the applicable stage of
the 2024 PMGC League;
(c) total accumulated kills across all Tournament Games in the applicable stage of the 2024
PMGC League;
(d) placement in the most recent match of the applicable stage of the 2024 PMGC League;

4.5. Casting and Streaming

The Administration Team shall perform a broadcast for the Tournament. By competing in the
tournaments, all teams acknowledge that their matches can and will be broadcasted. Live
streaming of the tournament on personal channels is not allowed. Spoiling any information
related to the match and match results will be penalized by up to a 5% prize money reduction.

4.6. Observers
Observers organized by the Administration Team and people that are given permission by
the Administration Team (e.g. shoutcasters or streams) are permitted.

4.7. Pre-match Checks

All teams must run the checks under the supervision of on-site referees. All teams should follow
the on-site referee's command and make adjustments. Teams that refuse to adjust may result in
prize money reduction or further penalties.
The team must report to the Administration team immediately if there is any network or device
problem found during pre-match checking and the Administration team will help the team to
solve the issue as soon as possible before the start of the match.
If the problem cannot be resolved before the start of the match, the Administration team would
arrange the provided equipment change or come up with other solutions as appropriate.

In case of any players playing out of the studios under the control of the Administration Team,
suggest that the team use substitute players that are in the official studio under the control of the
Administration Team instead.

4.8. Match Information

Before every match, the lobby IDs and passwords will be shared by the admin team. Players
must enter these to join the custom match lobbies. Each team needs to be in specific slots that
will be announced by the admin team beforehand. Please keep in mind that being in the wrong
spot when the match starts may cause your points to be lost for that match.

5. In-game Skins
The Administration Team will prepare in-game outfit skins in players’ accounts for them to
equip in games and instruct teams to equip the set before each match. It is strictly prohibited to
take off any part of the outfit set during the match. Dismantling or selling of the provided items
is strictly prohibited.
Upon discovery of any Team Member using unallowed in-game skins, Administration Teams
will issue the following penalties:
● 1st offense: official warning
● 2nd-3rd offense: 100 USD fine per player
● 4th offense and onwards: 1% prize money deduction

See below for the PMGC League Group Stage in-game skin list to use. There may be new skins
updated prior to the Survivor Stage to be used at the Survivor Stage onwards.

6. Stoppage of Play

6.1. Pause
No pause will be permitted during Tournament play for any reason.
Once the Pre-match checks are confirmed and completed by the teams. The Administration team
is not responsible for players or teams who are disconnected from the match due to personal
conditions, force majeure issues, or other conditions that may result in forfeiture of the match.
Players and teams bear the responsibility for corresponding consequences and risks.

6.2. Remake or Replay of Tournament Games

Tournament Officials should be immediately notified of any technical malfunction or other
emergencies, backed with sufficient evidence. Tournament Games shall be remade only pursuant
to the request of the Tournament Organizer. The Tournament Organizer may remake a
Tournament Game under the following circumstances:
● Flood, fire, earthquake, war, terrorist acts, power outages, or other disasters that affect the
Event.
● The environment of the Event may adversely affect the outcome of the Tournament, as
determined by the Administration Team.
● A technical malfunction or a player disconnects (excluding malfunctions and disconnects
because of a player’s mistake or fault) within 3 minutes after the Tournament Official has
started the match. If the player can reconnect after disconnecting, no rematch will be
made.
● FIVE problems occur during the loading screen and the game cannot be loaded.
● ONE player is unable to move on the battlefield within 3 minutes after the game starts.
● ONE player cannot enter the Tournament Game before the departure of the starting plane.
● ONE player is able to join a Tournament Game without flying on the starting plane and
without parachuting, but instead, start on the battlefield.
● ONE player is unable to fire a weapon on the battlefield within 3 minutes after the game
starts and the issue cannot be resolved. The incident must be proved by video recording
unless it can be confirmed by other means.
● Half and more Observers clients crashed, disconnected, or lagged (unable to work), no
matter the number of kills or other issues that have taken place since the game started.

The official broadcasting group has the right to restart the game when the game cannot be
broadcasted as normal.

6.2.1. Rehost request procedure

In case the above conditions are met, players should instantly request a rehost by notifying the
admin team by raising their hand (or an obvious notice for online teams) and asking for help,
followed by a valid reason & sufficient evidence. Players should continue playing until the rehost
is confirmed by the admin team.

6.3. Solutions for Extreme Cases

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is an extreme situation, such as a network or hardware
failure (including the network value turning yellow or mobile phone stuttering), or a critical bug
affecting one or more players, the Administration Team will make a judgment as to how to
proceed based on the facts and circumstances existing at the time. There may be circumstances in
which a Tournament must proceed, even if one or more players are facing extreme circumstances
or critical bugs which might otherwise justify a remake of a Tournament Game, and even if the
affected players are not at fault in any way. In making a determination to proceed with the
Tournament or order the remake of a Tournament Game, the Administration Team will use their
best judgment and may consider, among other factors, the game progress time and whether the
player making the report is delayed in making such a report. Players that submit false or
misleading reports will be subject to disqualification. If a player is unable to compete in a
Tournament Game for any reason (even if the inability to compete is not due to any fault or
wrongdoing by the player), and the Administration Team decides not to remake the Tournament
Game, competition should resume as normal, with the affected Team continuing to play without
the affected player. If a player who has been disconnected or has otherwise experienced an
extreme circumstance or critical bug is able to rejoin the game in progress, they shall be
permitted to do so.

6.4. Evidence submission

After all players land on the Spawn Island and within 3 minutes after the plane takes off, if any
game disconnection situation occurs, the disconnected player will be asked to inform the on-site
referee immediately and try to reconnect to the game twice. If the player still cannot normally
play after trying to reconnect the game twice, the Administration team will remake the
Tournament Game.

7. Tournament equipment
All players will be provided with a tournament device [Infinix GT 20 Pro, 12GB RAM +
256GB version

] and hub along with other necessary equipment for the purpose of participating in the
matches of 2024 PMGC League.
Usage of equipment owned by a player or team for their participation in the 2024 PMGC
League is strictly prohibited.
Players must notify the referee immediately in the event of any issue with the provided
equipment and appropriate actions shall be taken by the staff to resolve such issues.
Replacing mobile devices with different devices or modifying the network settings of the
provided mobile devices is strictly prohibited. The Administration Team reserves the
right to impose a penalty on such players or teams.
It is mandatory for all players to only use the Extreme+ (90 FPS) or below setting. It is
NOT allowed to use the Ultra Extreme (120 FPS) setting.

If a player damages or loses his phone due to personal reasons, the player needs to
compensate for the price.

8. Networks
Tournament organizers will provide 2 modes of internet connection:
● Primary mode - Wired (LAN Connection)
● Secondary mode - Wireless (WiFi)
For the situation players have to play online, players need to take responsibility for their internet
situation .Players will play online if he/she has covid and is quarantined in his/her room or
government facility.
Players not traveling to Malaysia won't be able to join matches online.
The Tournament Organizer will have test matches, players can report any internet issues during
the test matches.

9. Schedule
9.1. Rehearsals / Test matches
All teams must attend all mandatory test matches and rehearsals hosted by the Administration
Team during the event. Any absence of an official event or mandatory matches or rehearsals
without the Administration Team’s permission may be penalized with prize money deduction or
other penalties.

9.2. Match Changes

The Administration Team may, at its sole discretion, change the start time of a match. The
Tournament Administration will notify all involved players at the earliest possible convenience.

9.3. Map Rotation

The following map rotation will be used for every 2024 PMGC League match day:
● Match 1 Sanhok
● Match 2 Erangel
● Match 3 Erangel
● Match 4 Erangel
● Match 5 Miramar
● Match 6 Miramar

10. Check-in and late arrival

Players are asked to arrive at the designated Tournament area on time and follow the guidance of
the Administration Team to enter the tournament venue. Any late arrival which is resulted by
players/teams themselves, may result in the punishment of the team.
Once the lobby room and password are announced, players are required to open up the game and
join the lobby as soon as possible. All 4 players should join the lobby and be in the correct slot
before the flight time.
If players are not in the lobby or the correct slot at the fly time, late arrival will be recorded, and
penalties may be applied.
If players are still unable to join the lobby after the [fly time + 5] minutes, the game may start
without that player/team.
The penalties for late arrival of both to the tournament venue and in the in-game lobby are as
follows:
● 1st offense: An official warning
● 2nd and onwards: 100 USD fine for every 10 minutes of delay
If players are kicked out from the lobby due to inactivity, report to the Administration Team and
re-enter the lobby and the correct team slot again as soon as possible (This will not be recorded
as a late arrival).

11. Communication and Support

11.1. Support
The main communication hub for the tournament will be the official PMGC Discord server.
Please reach out through the main support channels or your team’s dedicated channel to our
admins for all communication and support.

11.2. Administration Team

All participants must adhere to the decisions and rules of the tournament administration team,
admins, and referees, player managers. All decisions are final, except in cases where the option
to appeal is clearly stated. For a detailed list of penalties that can be given out, please see section
6.4. Disciplinary Action and Sanctions from the PUBGM Official Competition Rulebook.

12. Media Days and Interviews

During the event, teams are obligated to provide at least one person for potential post-match
video interviews or other media obligations as requested via Discord or other resources.
The participants will receive the schedule beforehand to be informed about the nature, duration,
and times of any media obligation activities.

12.1. Tournament - Related Events (Media Events)

The Administration Team shall have the right to require players to
cooperate in carrying out various media interviews, press briefings,
streaming sessions, sponsor events, photo or video shoots,
charitable events, webcasts, podcasts, chats and other media events
that are organized by The Administration Team in connection with
the marketing and promotion of the 2024 PMGC League, provided
that these Media Events do not unduly interfere with a player’s
game preparation or participation.

The Administration Team shall have the right to sanction any

player or Team that fails to attend and participate fully in any
scheduled Media Event.

12.2. Tournament - Related Events (Test Events)

The Administration Team shall have the right to require players to
cooperate in carrying out various rehearsals, scrims, test matches
or other test events that are organized by The Administration Team
in connection with pre-match tests of the 2024 PMGC League
and/or PUBG MOBILE, provided that these test events do not
unduly interfere with a player’s game preparation or participation.

The Administration Team shall have following sanctions for player

or Team that fails to attend and participate fully in any scheduled
Tests.

1st time offense: official warning for the Team of the absent or late
player.

2nd-3rd offense: 100 USD Prize money forfeit to the Team of the
absent or late player of that tournament stage.

4th time and later offense: 1% prize money forfeit to the Team of
the absent or late player of that tournament stage.

Each violation of each player in each match clause will be counted

as one offense.

13. 2024 PMGC Standard Operating Procedures for

Players

13.1. Pre-PMGC Preparations

13.1.1. All players should check in at the teams’ Tournament Area 1 hour before
the tournament starts. Players will be provided 20 minutes before the
pre-match test to do any applicable settings. The Settings Period will
commence once the players enter the Tournament Area and the players are
not allowed to leave the Tournament Area until the pre-match test is
finished.
13.1.2. Within the 20-minute settings period, players shall finish preparing the
voice chat systems, mobile devices, and game settings as applicable to the
matches. In the event of any delays during the settings period due to valid
reasons, the Administration Team may extend the settings period at their
sole discretion.
13.1.3. All players need to check their settings prior to the commencement of the
pre-matches test and such players shall be responsible for any
settings-related issues that occur during the matches unless such issues are
caused by an instruction from the Administration Team. Once the
pre-match test begins, on-site referees will inform players about the
in-game room ID and password. The players shall sign on the checklist,

provided by the referees, after doing the test and confirm everything is
settled without problems.
13.1.4. If any players are not in their specified Tournament Area on time, they
may be penalized at Administration Team’s sole discretion.
13.1.5. Check that all the tournament devices and accounts are in order.
13.1.6. Check with your team if team communication is working and you can
clearly hear each other and you can communicate with each other.
13.1.7. Once the tournament-related devices are confirmed by the players, players
are not allowed to touch any of the devices until the formal match begins.
If the players insist on touching the devices, that players will take full
responsibility for any consequences caused by touching devices including
but not limited to device disconnection, setting problems, etc.

13.2. During Tournament Matches

a. Once the lobby room ID and password are announced, open up
PUBG MOBILE, and immediately enter the room.
b. Once all 4 players are in the correct team slot, inform the referee in
charge of them to verify.
c. Once the referee has verified that the players have entered the
lobby and the correct team slot, players must stay in that slot and
are not allowed to touch any tournament equipment until the game
starts.
d. If the players get kicked out from the lobby due to inactivity, report
to the referee, and with the referee’s permission, re-enter the lobby
and the correct team slot again as fast as possible.
e. Optionally, players can start recording once the game starts for the
first 3 minutes in case of parachute bugs.
f. Players are not allowed to stand up or take off his/her headphones
or earphones until the whole match ends, even after their
characters have been eliminated.
g. Players are not allowed to switch out PUBG MOBILE or any other
tournament-related APPs even if the whole team is eliminated.
Usage of other non-tournament-related APPs is strictly prohibited.
13.3. Post Tournament Matches
a. Once the match is finished, you can close the game and lock the
phone.
b. Each team has a maximum of one coach who can enter the
Tournament area between two matches. Once players are asked to
join the match lobby, the coach will be asked to leave the
Tournament area.

c. If the team has an interview, the Team Captain (or a Player

Representative) must immediately go to the interview room with
the host.
d. Prepare for the next match.
e. Team Captain confirms the on-site referee of the match result at
the end of each match day.

14. Online participation

Players who test positive on COVID-19 test and are willing to participate in the PMGC matches
may be allowed to participate online.

14.1. Streaming
All players of the Team that are playing in the 2024 PMGC League
online are required to stream their face camera privately or unlisted
through any streaming platform that offers a private streaming option. The
stream will need to have the audio in it. These stream links are to be
submitted to The Administration Team prior to the start of the official
Tournament Games. These streams have to be saved and may not be
deleted without prior approval from The Administration Team.

14.1.1. Streaming Requirements

Players who participate in the Tournament online are required to
have the following:
a. Secondary Camera (Phone or Webcam, or other recording
device)
b. Microphone
c. Computer/Laptop (optional)

Players should also ensure that their Internet connection is

sufficient to handle both the stream and tournament gameplay.

Online participants should preferably use their own device to set

up POV, The Administration Team does not guarantee that POV
device will be provided to all players.

14.1.2. Streaming Guidelines

a. Players are to dress appropriately in the stream.

b. Players are not allowed to interact face to face with

other people excluding their teammates while the
match is ongoing until all the players of the team
are eliminated, except for sudden physical
emergencies.
c. Eliminated players are not allowed to open the
official tournament stream while their team is still
in the game.
d. Players have to ensure that their stream has no
issues and submit the stream link to The
Administration Team before the start of the
tournament day.
e. Players are to show their phone screen to the
camera when they enter the lobby and are in their
respective slot.
f. Players are not allowed to leave the stream until the
team is eliminated in that game. If they need to
leave the camera, they will need to request approval
from The Administration Team.

14.1.3. Stream Setup

The camera should be fixed at an angle where the player’s face and
tournament device can clearly be seen. In case of multiple players
in the view of a single camera, ensure all the players can be seen in
the stream.

Players may be expected to arrange their seating according to the

Organizer’s specifications, and are expected to keep the
arrangements until the end of the Tournament.

14.2. Game Anti-cheating

14.1.4. Installation
The Team Captain (or Team Manager) will confirm the representative
team email for us to register your players ID for the software. There will
be emails containing the account details for each player sent to you for the
password of the Game Anti-Cheat software.
The Administration Team will distribute the Game Anti-Cheat
accounts back to the Team Captain/Team Manager before the start of 2024
PMGC League. Players should complete the installation and setup for the
software before the start of the Tournament.
i. Players will need to install the GAC by:
Android users: download here.
ii. Read through the Terms & Conditions. Select Agree to proceed.
iii. Allow the permissions requested by GAC when prompted.
iv. Select the Country the Player (for Malaysians, choose Singapore)
is currently residing in and enter Date of Birth.
v. Log in with the account details that were provided by The
Administration Team.

15. Additional Rules

15.1. Flags
All players must set their in-game flags to the Erangel flag. Not complying with this rule may
result in a prize money deduction or further penalty.

15.2. Player’s clothing

All players shall, during all public-facing Tournaments (including LAN Events that are streamed
to the public and all Media Events), wear official team uniforms (including jerseys, jackets, and
pants). Players without proper dressing of team uniforms may be denied participation in the
2024 PMGC. No player shall remove, replace, or cover any part of his or her official Team
uniform without the prior approval of the Administration Team, except that jackets may be
removed by players during Tournament competitions. The Administration Team reserves the
right at all times to impose a ban on apparel that is deemed to conflict with these Competition
Rules.
Teams which do not have their own uniforms, can participate in the Tournament with the T-shirt,
jackets, pants which are in the pure black or white.

15.3. Tournament Area

The Tournament Area is the game booth with a segmented area in the studio where players will
be seated for their participation in the game.
In the Tournament Area, Teams shall not carry any electronic, wireless, or storage devices
including but not limited to mobile devices, tablets, flash drives, MP3 players, or smartwatches.
All such wireless devices must be handed to the referee for safe keeping prior to the Team’s entry
into the Tournament Area.

The Administration Team will provide the Tournament related material including but not
limited to: Tournament mobile device, Headphones/earphones, cable, Hub, Adapter,
Powder, Universal Plug, Arm Sleeves, Finger Sleeves, USB Fan, and Phone Stand. The
Administration Team has the right to reject any players to bring any other item into the
Tournament area.

Players can bring the pillow into the Tournament area with plain black pillowcase
without any logo. Players may use hand cream before every game starts, but any bottle
should be held by referees during the whole match period.

Food is strictly prohibited in the Tournament Area. Only beverages in nondescript containers
with caps are allowed in the Tournament Area. For the avoidance of doubt, containers for
beverages as used by the Team in the Tournament Area shall not contain any non-sponsor logos,
trademarks, or trade names.

Personal belongings brought into the Tournament Area by the Teams shall be kept at a minimum
and the Administration Team reserves the right to designate the type or quantity of personal
belongings that can be brought into the Tournament Area by Teams at their sole discretion. For
the avoidance of doubt, no metal accessories shall be brought into the competition area.
Bringing personal electronic device(s) to the tournament setting without prior approval from the
Administration Team: $100 USD fine; subject to further disciplinary action and increasing
penalties for repeat offenders. Further action and penalty will be given depending on the findings
from the investigation in case of suspicious activity.

15.4. Player Names

All players' names should be subject to Clause 2.3 of PUBG MOBILE Official COMPETITION
RULES.
As additional regulations, Team name abbreviation must not exceed 5 characters, and Gamer Tag
must not exceed 14 characters.

15.5. Smoking
Any indoor smoking/vaping is not allowed in Malaysia, smoking/vaping indoor at
the hotel which teams living in will be fined RM 500 each time by the hotel staff,
smoking/vaping in the no smoking area at the tournament venue will be punished
as:

1st time offense: official warning for the Team of the

smoking/vaping person.

2nd time and later offense: 500 USD Prize money forfeit to the
Team of the smoking/vaping person.

Each violation of each player in each match clause will be counted

as one offense.

16. Sanctions
If the Administration Team determines that a Team Member or a Team has committed violations
of these Competition Rules or the Registration Rules, the Administration Team may, in its
reasonable discretion, issue any or all of the following disciplinary actions or other actions not
listed below:
(i) verbal or written public warning(s);
(ii) point forfeiture(s);

(iii) prize forfeiture(s);

(iv) game forfeiture(s),
(v) Tournament forfeiture(s);
(vi) forfeiture(s) of a slot;
(vii) suspension(s); and
(viii) disqualification(s) and ban(s), including from any future Tournaments or other events
related to PUBG MOBILE or other video games or esports properties owned or controlled by
Proxima Beta Pte. Limited Mobile International Ltd. or its affiliates.

discharge from liability Proxima Beta Pte. Limited, its affiliates, and its and their respective past
and present directors, officers, representatives, shareholders, agents, and employees, and all of the
respective successors and assigns of the preceding persons and entities (the “Company Released
Parties”) from any and all claims, obligations, actions and causes of action, together with any
contracts, agreements and promises, in law or in equity, which the participant has or may have,
which are known or may subsequently be discovered by him or her, arising out of acts or

MOBILE Global Championship League, all players, coaches, managers and other participants
in the 2024 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship League must accept the Competition

acknowledges and understands that participation in the 2024 PMGC League includes possible exposure to and
illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal
discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. Each Participant knowingly and
freely assumes all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19. Participants hereby
knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with participating in the 2024 PMGC League.
EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES AND FOREVER DISCHARGES ANY AND ALL
LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST THE EVENT
PARTIES, EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT
OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH TEAM OR PLAYER, THEIR
HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED
REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON THEIR BEHALF,
WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM PARTICIPATION IN 2024 PMGC Finals,
PROMOTIONAL EVENTS, OTHER RELATED EVENTS, AND INCLUSION IN RELATED BROADCASTS
AND OTHER CONTENT.

other public forum any defamatory or disparaging remarks, comments or statements (including those relating to
health and illness) concerning the 2024 PMGC League, the Event Parties, or PUBG MOBILE.

THE EVENT PARTIES, EVENT SPONSORS, BROADCAST PARTNERS, CONTRACTORS, AND THE
VENUE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION
OF OR ACCESS TO PUBG MOBILE. PUBG MOBILE AND 2024 PMGC LEAGUE ARE PROVIDED ON
AN AS-IS BASIS, AND THE EVENT PARTIES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS,
COMMON LAW DUTIES, AND REPRESENTATIONS (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, ORAL, AND WRITTEN),

AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING THOSE OF TITLE,
NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSE
(WHETHER OR NOT ANY EVENT PARTY KNOWS, HAS REASON TO KNOW, HAS BEEN ADVISED,
OR IS IN FACT AWARE OF ANY SUCH PURPOSE), LACK OF NEGLIGENCE, AND LACK OF VIRUSES,

Acceptance of the Competition Rules:

compliance with the Competition Rules is a condition of your participation as a player, coach, or manager of

Proxima Beta Pte. Limited and its affiliates and subcontractors (including any third-party tournament
organizer designated or retained by Proxima Beta Pte. Limited. to operate a 2024 PUBG MOBILE
Global Championship League (the “Tournament Organizer”) reserves the right in their sole
discretion to impose discipline for any conduct that violates the Competition Rules, including public
reprimands, fines, suspensions, debarment and/or disqualifications. You acknowledge that the Competition
Rules are necessary to ensure fair play, preserve the integrity of all pre-Season, regular-Season, and
post-Season games, matches and tournaments and all other Proxima Beta Pte. Limited-organized
promotional events, marketing events, streaming sessions, sponsor events, photo shoots, press conferences
and interviews, charitable events, webcasts and chats, media events, opening and closing ceremonies, awards
ceremonies and other calendar items in the 2024 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship League,
to protect the image of the 2024 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship League, and to ensure a
consistent and high quality experience for members of the public that attend 2024 PUBG MOBILE
Global Championship League Events. You have carefully read and you understand the Competition
Rules, and agree to be bound by their terms. You understand and support the standards set forth in the
Competition Rules, and you will act in accordance with them.

Acceptance of Other Legal Terms:

You hereby accept and agree to be bound by, any legal terms and conditions that relate to the 2024 PUBG
MOBILE Global Championship League Event and that are printed on tickets, presented during the
ticket purchase process, displayed on signage at the venue where the 2024 PUBG MOBILE Global
Championship League Event takes place or otherwise legally binding on people who attend the 2024
PUBG MOBILE Global Championship League. You further agree that you shall be legally
responsible for any violation of any such terms and conditions that you commit.

License to Use Name and Likeness:

Without in any way limiting the licenses granted by you pursuant to Section 7 (Use of Names and
Likenesses) of the Competition Rules, you hereby grant Proxima Beta Pte. Limited , the Tournament
Organizer, and their respective affiliates (A) permission to live-stream, broadcast or record your play of
PUBG Mobile at any Tournament or part thereof, and (B) a royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide right and
license (with the right to grant sublicenses) to copy, display, distribute, edit, host, store and otherwise use
and display your full name, GamerTag, photograph, likeness, image, avatar, voice, video, in-game persona,
game play statistics, and biographical information, and create derivative works of the foregoing items, in any
and all present and future media, on or in connection with (i) the broadcast or streaming of any coverage of
all or any part of a Tournament; (ii) the marketing and promotion of the Proxima Beta Pte. Limited or any
Tournament or part thereof; and (iii) the marketing and promotion of PUBG Mobile.

Limitations of Liability:

WITHOUT IN ANY WAY LIMITING THE PROVISIONS IN SECTION 8 (LIMITATIONS OF

LIABILITY) OF THE COMPETITION RULES, YOU AGREE THAT THE LIABILITY OF THE EVENT
PARTIES TO YOU FOR ALL HARM, DAMAGES, INJURY OR LOSS SHALL BE LIMITED TO YOUR
DIRECT DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED [US $500.00], AND THIS SHALL BE YOUR
ONLY REMEDY REGARDLESS OF WHAT LEGAL THEORY IS USED TO DETERMINE THAT ANY
MEMBER OF THE TENCENT MOBILE INTERNATIONAL LTD. GROUP WAS LIABLE FOR THE
HARM, DAMAGES, INJURY OR LOSS. MULTIPLE CLAIMS WILL NOT EXPAND THIS
LIMITATION. YOU FURTHER AGREE TO THE OTHER DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF
LIABILITY IN SECTION 8 OF THE COMPETITION RULES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF THE
RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH ESPORTS COMPETITIONS AND PLAY OF
THE GAME AT THE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL AND YOU FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME
ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY,
DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN SUCH
ACTIVITIES.

No Employment Relationship with Tencent, (Proxima Beta PTE, Limited (“Proxima”))

You hereby acknowledge and agree that by adopting and enforcing these Competition Rules, no employment
relationship is intended by or created between Proxima Beta Pte. Limited or Tournament Organizer and
yourself, and nothing in the Competition Rules may be construed or reasonably relied upon as evidence that
Proxima Beta Pte. Limited or the Tournament Organizer is your employer or a joint-employer and/or
co-employer. The relationship contemplated between Proxima Beta Pte. Limited and/or Tournament
Organizer and your team (“Team”) is that of an independent contractor. You acknowledge and agree that
you are employed solely by your Team, and not by Proxima Beta Pte. Limited or Tournament Organizer.

Other Terms and Conditions:

This Team Member Form shall be governed by the laws of [Hong Kong, SAR] without regard to choice of
law principles. This Team Member Form shall be effective and binding upon your heirs, next of kin,
executors, administrators, permitted assigns and representatives. You agree that you may not assign, delegate
or otherwise transfer this Team Member Form. Any dispute with or claim against Proxima Beta Pte. Limited
or any other member of the Proxima Beta Pte. Limited Group arising out of or based on this Team Member
Form or your participation in the 2024 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship League shall be
governed by Section 9 (Dispute Resolution) of the Competition Rules. Except as provided in the
Competition Rules, if any provision of this Team Member Form is so broad as to be unenforceable, such
provision shall be interpreted to be only so broad as is enforceable. In entering into this Team Member Form
you are not relying on any oral or written statements or representations made by any person or entity with
respect to the PMGC. This Team Member Form is in addition to, and not in lieu of, the Competition Rules
and may not be amended except by a written amendment signed by an authorized representative of Proxima
Beta Pte. Limited. In the event of a conflict between the Competition Rules and this Team Member Form,
the Competition Rules shall govern and control.
