Valid ID:
Participants must have a valid photo government identification such as drivers license or identification card. For cohab couples you
must live together more than 6 months, cohab proof accepted are: Valid Goverment issued ID/ DL with matching address, Utility Bill
(electric, Gas, Water), Credit card or bank statement, homeowner Insurance card, Rental insurance card, automobile insurance card,
or health insurance card, proof is accepted. For married couples you can bring your marriage license if you do not have the same
address on your government issued id

Age:
This promotion is designed for married, cohabitating, or engaged couples between the ages of 28 to 68 , both must travel, attend
and complete the presentation together. Singles 28-65 who are (legally single, not separated, however if you have a significant
other that does not live with you both must attend and complete the tour presentation) You are required to have a valid United
States driver's license

Major Credit Card Required:

Participants must have a valid major credit card. The name on the credit card must match the name of the reservation. (No debit
cards for single females) to check in. Valid credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American and Discover. Prepaid/ Cash App
cards and American Express will NOT be accepted.

Income: Participants married or cohab must have a combined annual income of 70,000 per year, if single you must have an
annual income of $75,000. You must be gainfully employed, not furloughed/laid off

Security Deposit / Taxes, Resort Fees, and Incidentals :

There will be a $200 hold deposit for incidentals at the resort at time of check in. You are responsible for any and all taxes, resort
fees, room deposit, and /or incidentals due at check in. Guest is responsible for any and all outstanding charges and fees incurred,
during, their stay, including but not limited to tips, gratuities, meals, beverages, alcohol, and/or transportation and airfare costs. . In
the event a guest chooses to check-out prior to the reserved check-out date no refund will be provided for any portion of the
reservation unused for Early Check-out. For any credit card payments made to the resort (e.g. for items such as, but not limited to,
reservation deposit, nightly room rate, taxes, Resort Fees, incidentals, or other fees, etc.) the cardholder must be present at check-in
and a valid form of identification will be required. Failure to do so may result in immediate cancellation of reservation and denial of
room assignment.

Resort Preview:
Participant must attend to the Tour at the resort on the indicated date above of approximately 120 minutes. Your travel incentive will
be issued once the presentation is completed and finalized. You are free to use the resort facilities at your convenience (certain
amenities on the property have surcharges due directly to the resort)

Qualifications:
If the your qualifications change; if you do not attend with your spouse/ co-hab partner, travel with no valid ID, or no major credit
card or you do not attend the 120-minute presentation, you will be responsible for a one-time NQ - Non Qualifying fee of $389, for
standard accommodations, $489 for 1 Bedrooms, and $589.00 for 2, and 3 bedrooms, which I authorize to be charged automatically
to the credit card on file that was used when the vacation package was purchased (unless another card was/will be given), and you
will not receive any incentives promised. If you fail to pay the NQ fee with us the property will and can charge you rack rate to the
card used when you checked in

 Reservation Cancel:
You may cancel or modify travel dates up to 7 days prior to the travel dates at no additional cost. If you are past the 7-day
cancelation mark there will be a late cancellation fee of 189.00

No Show to Hotel:
In the event a guest no shows to the hotel, or chooses not to check-in for any reason, the guest will incur a No show penalty fee of
$189.00 and this will automatically be charged to the card on file and no No refunds will be provided
Maximum Occupancy Policy:
Due to safety and fire code regulations, there is a maximum occupancy limit set for every room at all of our Resort locations. This
occupancy limit is based on state and federal regulations in regards to the size and space of each room. Every person, regardless of
age, is considered as one (1) person and is counted toward the maximum occupancy limit of persons for that room and location

Ineligible Persons:
Timeshare owners, children, or parents that own a timeshare, related to relatives that work at such property, Property employees,
guest booked for another tour with another vacation package, anyone who is in bankruptcy, foreclosure, group travel (three or more
couples traveling together or on separate packages, home based business, Persons who are consuming alcohol or under the
influence of alcohol will be disqualified from this promotion. If upon arrival you book or complete a tour with someone other than
the tour location above you will be automatically disqualified from this promotion and will inquire the Non Qualification penalty fee
as stated above

COVID:
Anyone in the traveling group who is sick with flu-like symptoms, has tested positive for COVID or has been around someone with
COVID in the last 7 days, or informs the property that they are ill due to covid will be ineligible to tour, will be disqualified and will
incur the Non Qualified fee as stated above
