eresaret cre freprare oerrerst ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ADMINISTRATION frac /SECRETARIAT see | PRESS NOTE A & N Administration has conducted Common Higher Secondary Level Recruitment Examination for Group 'B(NG) & ‘C’ Posts with the assistance of Staff Selection Commission, New Delhi to fill-up 488 vacancies of various categories of posts under different Department of A & N Administration on 23.07.2023, followed by Additional Subject Test for Police Posts and Physical Endurance/Trade/Skills Tests were also conducted vide vacancy Notification No.4-12/2023/R&E/462 dated 26.05.2023, On the basis of Merit of Written Examination Scores and Skill Test, the successful candidates were shortlisted category-wise for various posts as per their choice of preferen¢e opted in the application form have been invited for documentsitestimonial verification and the A & N Administration has prepared and Published the category wise Final Select list of candidates who are eligible for the respective posts vide Press Release No. 4-12/2023-R&E Cell/44 dated 24.01.2024, Accordingly, the concerned Department were issued Offer of Appointment to 472 eligible candidates for the respective posts on 12.02.2024 at Netaji Stadium in the 3rd Rozgar Mela, On receipt of acceptance, out of 472 candidates of Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination 2023, the selected candidates of various Departments have either not submitted their willingness within the stipulated period or not reported for duty to the respective place of posting as per the condition stipulated in the appointment order, the candidates have been asked to report for duty within 30 days from the date of issue of the appointment order as well as some candidates have tendered resignation/resigned after reporting duty.
