UNIT – 2 (CENTRE OF PRESSURE)

1. The vertical bulkhead of a tank is a rectangle 12m wide and 8.4 m high.
The tank is filled with fresh water (RD 1.000) to a sounding of 11.4m.
Find the thrust and height of COP above bottom of the tank
