PRE-REQUISITES
Age
● Participants must be between 18 and 70 years of age.
● Participants between the ages of 12 and 18 can either be
accompanied by a parent/guardian or submit a letter of parental
consent.
Medical Fitness
Arrival / Departure
● Arrival time: Be at the hotel by 2 pm on the first day of the
program. Note that early check-in will be subject to availability.
● Please take either a prepaid taxi or Ola cab at the Airport / Train
Station. Travel to the hotel will take approximately 45 minutes from
the airport and 10 minutes from Varanasi railway station.
● Departure time: After 10 am on the last day of the program.
Note: If you are taking a flight/train later in the day, you can leave
your luggage at the hotel reception till you are ready to leave for the
airport/train station.
Travel Policy
● Please carry a valid ID (passport, driving licence, Aadhaar card, etc.)
at all times, as it may be required while travelling and to check-in at
the hotel.
● Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alcohol and recreational drugs are strictly
prohibited for the entire duration of the program.
● Travel guidelines in regard to Covid will be shared with you prior to
the sojourn.
● Please plan for costs towards personal expenses, souvenirs and
other expenses that have not been mentioned in the ‘conveniences
offered’ section of the Brochure.
