Proposed KUHS Post Graduate Practical & Viva Voce Examination – (MD – Forensic Medicine and Toxicology)

the medico legal report.
4 Study the given Histopathology slides and comment on each (Pathology-2, Trace 15 20 min
evidence-1).

II Component 2– Clinical Forensic Medicine 50 1 H 10 M
5 Examine and prepare the medicolegal injury report of an injured person / 20 20 min
photographs.
6 Examine the subject and prepare an age estimation certificate - by physical, dental, 15 15 min
and radiological examination.
7 Examination and reporting of alleged case of Sexual offence (Accused / Survivor). 15 15 min

III Component 3– Toxicology and Medical Jurisprudence 50 1 H 20 M
8 Toxicology - Diagnosis, collection of evidences, analytical toxicology methods and 20 20 min
Interpretation of laboratory results in a suspected case of poisoning – Case based
discussion 1. (1 Animal, 1 Plant, 1 Chemical, 1 drugs).
9 Examine the subject and report as to his/her state of drunkenness/intoxication. 10 15 min
