OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Delisting of pending EC/CRZ projects on PARIVESH portal -regarding.


PARIVESH (Pro-Active and Responsive facilitation by Interactive, Virtuous, and
Environmental Single-window Hub) was launched in 2018 as a single-window platform for
four major green clearances (EC/CRZ/FC/WL) to streamline and automate the process of green
clearances,enhancing both efficiency and transparency. With the roll out of PARIVESH 2.0,
the platform has further evolved to incorporate advanced technologies, significantly
transforming green governance in India.
2. While dealing with EC or CRZ proposals, the Ministry has taken cognizance of the fact that
many project proponents do not reply or delay the submission of their reply to the information
sought by the Expert Appraisal Committee (EAC) or by the Regulatory Authority,concerned.
In PARIVESH 1.0, EC proposals pending with the project proponent for submission of
Essential Details sought (EDS) and Additional Details Sought (ADS) gets auto-delisted in 30
days and 90 days respectively and can be relisted by the project proponent as and when desired
by accessing such Projects..
3. As PARIVESH 1.0 has now been upgraded to PARIVESH 2.0 and to have the similar
functionality for delisting/relisting of the EC and CRZ proposals in the upgraded version,
following Standard Operating Procedure has been laid down:

All projects in PARIVESH 2.0wherein Essential Details sought (EDS) by the Member
Secretary concerned has not been submitted by the Project Proponent even after the
expiry of 30 days from the date EDS is raised shall be auto-delisted from the
PARIVESH portal.
All projects in PARIVESH 2.0wherein Additional Details Sought (ADS) has not been
submitted by the project proponent even after the expiry of 90 days from the date of
uploading of concerned EAC minutes on PARIVESH portal or from the date such
information is sought by the concerned authority shall be auto-delisted from the
PARIVESH portal.
ii. If the desired information as sought by the Authority or by the EAC is ready for
submission on PARIVESH portal ,the project proponent/stakeholder themselves can
relist the EC proposal for further reconsideration by the authority, concerned.
iV. After having relisted the proposal, project proponent is required to immediately submit
the information on the portal. If the desired information is not submitted by the
proponent /stakeholder within 72 hours of relisting, the proposal will be auto-delisted
again.
