It’s a Second Largest Oil Refinery Company in India after Reliance. It has about 5000
Retails Outlets India.

Support: Role and Responsibility

 Assisting users in all aspects of SAP SD functionality.


 Worked on Variant Configuration.
 Worked in 3PL (Warehousing and Transportation) and 4 PL system.
 Have worked extensively on RICEF objects, Interfaces and Reporting.

 As a team lead for Variant Configuration, I was responsible for requirement
gathering and identifying the gap and providing process to map the requirement

units at Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Val sad and different parts of India. They used to
manufacture Industrial chemicals for Organizations like SAIL, BHEL etc.

Roles & Responsibility:

 SAP SD Module implementation which was SAP ECC 6.0 based AS-IS, TO-BE study
and documentation.
 Worked on Variant Configuration.
 I lead the team of 5 Consultants and worked in tandem with the needs of the
project.
 Provided and analysed question answers database to Client for Blue Print
preparation.
 In TO-BE process, responsible for Primary documentation and Final
documentation.

Client description:
Nandi pipes is a well-known brand in PVC products located in Andhra Pradesh. They
used to manufacture different types of pipes such as PVC pipes, CPVC pipes, Drip-
Irrigation, HDPE pipe, Garden & Suction pipes etc.

Roles & Responsibility:

 Handling daily routine tickets, which were raised by end users, which obstruct
their BAU – Business as Usual process was based on SAP ECC 6.0.
 Used Solman Ticket tool to monitor the client requests for incidents and change
orders.
 Solving issues in Order to Cash, proactively discuss critical issues with seniors for
timely resolution as per SLA.
 Identifying critical issues and maintaining documents on root cause analysis.
 Interacting with end user (if required) through phones/mails for resolving the
tickets based on severity levels.
 Training for end users on SAP functionalities and navigation.
