- Quantitative measures used to assess a company’s financial performance and health which
provides and health which provides insights into various aspects of a company’s operations

Common Types of Financial Ratios


Financial Ratios had 3 Major Types:

 Liquidity Ratios
- “Liquidity” is the characteristic of an asset to be easily converted into cash.
- “Liquidity” is a term in accounting it is also referred as the ability of a company to settle its
short-term obligations
- The Liquidity Ratio – these are ratios that measure a company’s ability to meet its short-term
financial obligations using its company’s current or quick assets.
