1 Research Type

This study's research methodologies include both qualitative as well as


quantitative approaches. A technique for quantitative study is utilized to
assess the effectiveness of Agrani Bank Limited's e-banking services from
the perspective of its customers. Qualitative research is done to understand
customers' expectations for Agrani Bank Limited's e-banking services.

4.3 Population Parameters

This study comprises all clients at Agrani Bank Limited's Dholaipar branch.
Due to the limited duration of the internship, a sample size of customers
was chosen for data collection. The study's findings are considered to apply
to all consumers at Dholaipar Branch.

4.4 Sample Size

A sample has been chosen because gathering data from the entire research
population is time consuming .The study's sample size is 50. 45% of
respondents are female and 55% of respondents are male.

4.5 THE SAMPLING METHOD

A convenient sampling technique is applied for this investigation. Given that


the majority of respondents were unwilling to answer survey questions, the
convenient sampling approach was used. Customers who occasionally or
frequently checked out the branch office to use the bank's services provided
samples.
4.6 METHODS OF DATA COLLECTION

In this study, three primary data collection methods are used. The first type
of survey is a structured questionnaire. The survey will ask relevant inquiries
and gather participants' ideas and opinions on the research concern.

In-depth interviews are the other key way of data acquisition. Conducting in-
depth interviews with customers, bank managers, and officials to gather
their insights on the matter. The interview is semi-structured.

Direct Observation is last one. This form of data collection entails direct
observation of clients' behaviors and gestures. Data was also obtained
through practical desk work and in-person interactions with clients.

4.7 Data Processing and ANALYSIS

Tabular data are created using Microsoft Excel. Descriptive statistics utilizing
fundamental graphical and numerical methods to compile the data. Tables,
graphs, and charts with quantitative data are analyzed using figures.
