Ref #2. How to fill up refrigerant gas
◎ Refrigerant inlet connection
The high pressure of the manifold gauge is connected to the high pressure port and the low pressure to
the low pressure port.
(The high pressure side port is marked as “H”, the low pressure side port is marked as “L”)
▶ When the refrigerant is injected to the low pressure side, the refrigerant can be injected by turning
the refrigerant bucket up.
▶ When the refrigerant is injected to the high pressure side, the inlet should be upward so that the
liquid refrigerant is injected.

Ref #2. How to fill up refrigerant gas
◎ Refrigerant gas injection procedure
Ⅰ. System vacuum work (20 mmHg)
The vacuum at 15 minutes to 30 minutes or more, 5 minutes or more vacuum state
(vacuum state change rate of 5 mmHg or less) maintenance.
Ⅱ. Refrigerant injection
Low
1. Connect Manifold gauge low pressure side valve (blue hose) to the air conditioner pressure
low pressure side thick pipe
Open the lid of the low pressure valve (blue or L shaped) and connect it there.
2. Open the blue handle of the manifold slightly to remove the air inside the blue hose. High
pressure
→ The air conditioner refrigerant is pushed with air through the yellow hose in the
middle of the manifold, which is to remove the air in the low pressure side hose.
3. After releasing approximately 5 ~10 seconds, lock the manifold gauge low pressure valve.
4. Connect the manifold's yellow hose to the refrigerant barrel, turn on the refrigerant and
loosen the red handle. At this time, open a little red hose, then the refrigerant along the
yellow hose push the air through. After a while, lock the red handle. Now, between the
refrigerant and the manifold air conditioner pipe the air is all bleed off.
5. The air conditioner is operated in the maximum air volume and the blue low -pressure
valve is opened. Then the refrigerant naturally flows into the air conditioner through the
low pressure side pipe.
6. At this time, as the air conditioner is in operation, the blue low -pressure gauge falls off. Gas
After falling, the refrigerant is replenished in the refrigerant barrel and goes up little by
Liquid
little. Fill it by several times a little bit
7. If you finish refrigerant filling, wait 10 minutes after locking the blue handle of the manifold,
check the pressure of the refrigerant and check the change in the refrigerant pressure after
30 minutes to 1 hour. If there is no change, the refrigerant is injected without any
abnormalities, so lock the refrigerant barrel and release connection all.
