Loyd Ziyambi

This program follows a comprehensive spiritual growth model. The growth


model is designed as described in the life of Jesus Christ, Luke 2 vs 52
“And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, in favour with God and men”.
Where every faculty must grow in a balanced. In addition, the book
Education which is one of the books that you will be studying there is an
emphasis on growth in all faculties of a human being in that there need to
have man in the society man who are true to the duty.

Leadership

Master guide trains one to be a leader within the church and the
community. The purpose of the leadership training is to refine knowledge
and focus. There are several aspects of workshop that will done which
adds greater value to individual growth. Leadership is an art of doing
things. One of the aspects of that is engraved is continuous education,
learning discipline, communication skills, creative worships and motivation
in the ministry. This principle we can learn from Christ as bible says Jesus
increased in wisdom even though he was God. There is also a requirement
that as master guide you should actively be involved applying the skills
you are learning which more of on job learning.

Lifestyle development

Physical fitness is not an option or an event but a lifestyle for the lifetime.
The bible adds that we should present our bodies as living sacrifice. Here
on lifestyle, there are skills that one learns and valuable to prevent
accidents while creating positive experiences at the camping.

The habit of avoiding extremes of behaviour and moderation for good


lifestyles because excess of activities may become a threat to our healthy
lifestyle. The honors we do helps to develop God given talents and provide
a new level of expertise in the desired area

Spiritual growth

It is fundamental that we spend time to study Christ character and


ministry. There are devotional plans of the Bible and Desire of Ages which
covers the life of Jesus Christ. In addition, personal devotions are
irreplaceable hence the encounter series will be an additional to your
Spiritual welfare.

Community development

Favour with man, the mission is to make disciples of all people. On


community development one would be required upskill yourself in
personal evangelism which is the mission of the church. There are other
skills on how related with people front different cultures.

The course as much as it is about leading the junior youth it has much
with the spiritual of yourself, practical application of lessons you have
learnt.
