The diagram illustrates the brick production process.

Overall, there are 3 main

stages involved in brick manufacture: processing the raw material, producing
bricks, and preparing them for selling. The production process is complex,
requiring time and various equipment.

The process starts by excavating clay with the help of a digger. Then, the raw
material is taken to a factory, where it is placed on a metal grid, which breaks
the clay into smaller pieces. These pieces are then taken to the next stage by a
roller.

In the second stage, sand and water are added to the clay and then, this mixture
is either put in a mould or taken through the wire cutter to form half-ready
bricks. Following this, these bricks are dried in an oven for 24-48 hours. After
this process, the bricks go through a kiln, where they are fired with moderate
(200’C-980’C) and high (870’C-1300’C) temperatures. Lastly, the bricks are taken
to the chamber, where they are cooled for 48-72 hours.

The last stage in brick manufacture involves packaging and delivery. The fully
ready bricks are carefully put on a pallet and then they are finally delivered to
customers
