The process starts by excavating clay with the help of a digger. Then, the raw
material is taken to a factory, where it is placed on a metal grid, which breaks
the clay into smaller pieces. These pieces are then taken to the next stage by a
roller.
In the second stage, sand and water are added to the clay and then, this mixture
is either put in a mould or taken through the wire cutter to form half-ready
bricks. Following this, these bricks are dried in an oven for 24-48 hours. After
this process, the bricks go through a kiln, where they are fired with moderate
(200’C-980’C) and high (870’C-1300’C) temperatures. Lastly, the bricks are taken
to the chamber, where they are cooled for 48-72 hours.
The last stage in brick manufacture involves packaging and delivery. The fully
ready bricks are carefully put on a pallet and then they are finally delivered to
customers
