Implementing Project Kalinisan: Classroom and Campus


Cleaning Monitoring Initiative

WHEREAS, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Matiao


National High School recognizes the importance of maintaining a
clean and orderly learning environment for all students, teachers, and staff;

WHEREAS, cleanliness in classrooms and around the campus contributes to the


overall well-being, focus, and productivity of students and staff;

WHEREAS, the SSLG aims to encourage responsible behavior and instill a sense of
pride among students by promoting cleanliness and responsible
citizenship within the school;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the


Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) will implement Project Kalinisan, a
classroom and campus cleanliness monitoring initiative, with SSLG members monitoring the
cleanliness of each classroom every afternoon using a standardized checklist;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the cleanliness of each classroom will be evaluated and
recorded, with results tabulated every two weeks to identify the
cleanest and least clean classrooms;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the SSLG will use these results to


promote friendly competition among classrooms and encourage
improvements in cleanliness standards.

Resolved on the 8th day of November 2024 at Matiao National High School, Archie
Heights, Barangay Matiao, City of Mati, Davao Oriental.
