ANALYZE
1. How does the voice of the teacher affect classroom instruction?
The loudness of a teacher’s voice can enhance classroom instruction by ensuring students clearly
hear and understand the lessons. It commands attention, creating a focused environment, helping
students follow directions more effectively.
2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect classroom discipline?
A teacher’s punctuality sets the tone for classroom discipline. When a teacher consistently
arrives on time, it models responsible behavior for students, encouraging them to follow suit,
fostering a structured environment that promotes respect and focus.
3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?
Checking the aspects of classroom management is essential as it directly impact student’s
comfort and ability to learn. A well-organized, structured environment fosters focus, reduces
distraction, and creates a safe, supportive space where students can thrive academically.
REFLECT
1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher? Explain.
“No amount of good instruction will come out without effective classroom management.”
In my own opinion, even with clear and well-planned instructions, a classroom’s success
depends heavily on the teacher’s ability to manage it effectively. Without strong classroom
management, students may become disengaged or disruptive, making it difficult to maintain
focus and achieve learning goals, regardless of how good instructions are.
2. What are your plans in ensuring effective classroom management?
As a future educator, my plan for effective classroom management includes giving clear and
friendly reminders to guide students, being sociable and approachable to foster equality, and
maintaining a strict but supportive approach to ensure their growth and development in a
structured learning environment.

ANALYZE
1. How many strategies were employed by the Resource Teacher? Did these contribute to better classroom
management? Explain your answer.
There are a total of 17 strategies were employed and of course my resource teacher’s strategies,
emphasizing task focus and adherence to instructions, enhance discipline and accountability,
fostering an environment conducive to students’ academic success and growth.
2. What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What should have been used
instead?
There are 3 strategies that I did not observe, and these are document the rules, refrain from
punishing the entire class, and use non-verbal communication. Although I maybe I did not
consistently observed, the unused strategies remain beneficial. Implementing them can enhance
student engagement, support diverse learning styles, and improve both teaching effectiveness and
classroom dynamics.
REFLECT
1. What classroom management strategies do I need to comply to employ to respond to diverse types of
learners?
As a future educator, complying all the strategies mentioned above enhance positive classroom
management by fostering discipline and student accountability. However, understanding the
different learners behaviors is crucial before implementing these strategies to ensure they are
applied effectively. This awareness helps prevent misunderstanding and unnecessary conflicts,
ensuring a balanced approach that supports both student engagement and a productive learning
environment.
