I, ANGELO GIUSEPPI C. LOCEO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Davao
City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to law, do hereby depose and say:

That I am the same and identical person who caused the execution of this affidavit;

That I am a holder of a business permit duly issued by the Business Bureau bearing
Business ID No. 2013-95935-9 and Business Permit No. B-118622-2.

That I will add an additional business line a Dealer of Meat ;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose this may serve.
