Do note, post disconnection of supply, reconnection will incur additional charges, like, reconnection charges, late
payment charges, balance security deposit (if any), interest on arrears, etc. Furthermore, any unauthorized reconnection
of a disconnected supply is punishable with imprisonment of up to 3 years and/or fine up to Rs 10,000/-, (Under section
138 of the Electricity Act 2003).
