1. Introduction

Think about the time when people will deprived from water ,which is consider the
basic need of human being therefore we are making the (AUTOMATIC WATER
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM)

The purpose of this project to prevent the electricity and the usage of motors works
smartly which would enhance the water supply department credibility

Our project main goals to provide water according to need of a customer areas not
more to prevent water from wastage and prevent electricity to consume

2. Objective
The objective of our project to enhance the water supply mangement system
with help of arduino , level sensor and dc water pump , liter meter . it would
be work automatic in the field when the level sensor assume the tank is full
therefore its turnoff of the motor automatically and liter meter shows the
result of water consumption
This will become more significant and necessary for the water supply
department to calculate the amount of water and to identified how much water
per tank require in a day or month and (Automatically water distribution
system) eliminate the cost of energy

3. Problem Description

WHAT
The project main goal to provide the accurate result to water department so they
enable to recover amount of water from customers according to their usage , motors
of water system timely run due to their automatic foam it will eliminate the expense
of department and maintain the water flow 24 hours
 Why:
Convenience and Efficiency
.
This project's main objective aims to help make daily life simpler. Users of
AUTOMATIC WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
can easily complete activities like regulating lighting without requiring physical
touch. That improves efficiency and general comfort.
Energy Savings our project aim to eliminate the electricity cost and motors work
with level sensor when it’s full of water AUTOMATICALLY water motors off
Wastage of water
Wastage of water would be eliminate from our country and society, cause water will
not flow out from tank which is better for the both water suppliers consumer of areas
Less bailing
People will just pay the bill according to their consumption not more than and small
category of areas will protect from over bailing
Challenges: Several issues need to be taken into consideration when building a
AUTOMATIC WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
Usability:
The motors of water working according to tank requirement and level sensor
Fault Tolerance: Since it promotes system dependability and durability, accepting
fault is important. Users rely significantly upon automation in an AUTOMATIC
WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM inconvenience. Having fault tolerance reduces
the possibility of system failure.

4. Methodology
This project aims to create an ( AUTOMATIC WATER DISTRIBUTION
SYSTEM) using Arduino, which combines hardware and devices to enable water
mangement system to which work from sensors our goal to provide
(AUTOMATIC WATER MANGEMENT SYSTEM ) towards water department
to eliminate their cost and resources.
Requirements Analysis:
 We will thoroughly analyze the project requirements, including;
Identifying the hardware components like the Arduino microcontroller,
relay ,battery ,level sensor .
Arduino work
We are using UNO 3 arduino to provide power to whole sytem and tanks of
water
Dc motor pump
Dc motors pump only used when it needed to on or off
Level sensor
Level sensor provide the accurate result and capacity of tanks when the taks will
full of water it will Automatically off which eliminate the cost of electricity .

Project Scope
Make( AUTOMATIC WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM)
In(AWDS), urban water is supplied to the home with the help of some man power.
The person in charge will go to the place
Key Features:
 GSM
 Sonar sensor
 DC Water Pump
 Solenoid Valve
 Relay.
 Level sensor

Components: Hardware device with automatic sensor ,level sensor cables wires

Testing: Extensive testing for reliability, user feedback collection.

Timeline: Defined project timeline with milestones.

Future Expansion: Future improvements and developing technology are considered.

Resources: Distributing equipment

Deliverables: Functional (AUTOMATIC WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM )

including hardware and electrical devices .

5. Feasibility Study
If we budget enough time as well as money, we can complete the job by the
deadline. The complexity is feasible, and the creation of (Automatic water
distribution system ).smay frequently be completed in a reasonable amount of
time. Yet, it's important to take into consideration the following things:
Technical Challenges: Technical challenges could arise when integrating using
a variety of devices or maintaining interactivity.
User Testing: Participate with a range of water supply (SDO’S) during the
testing phase to improve system knowledge and usage.

6. Solution Application Areas

With the continuous economic growth, the water demand of enterprises is also
increasing Therefore; the monitoring system of urban water supply has aroused
extensive attention in recent years.
Urban water supply networks form the link between drinking water supply and
drinking water consumers. These large-scale networks are vital for the survival of
urban life.
Which industry or application domains? .
In Pakistan has the water shortage problem in different areas of country
Urban supply system
According to our project is our aim to provide water to all tanks of the city which
would help full for those who really deprived from it .
Industry of colors
As we know that day by day real sate enhance in our country many colors provider
could not provide their material to their customer due to water shortage
AGRICULTURE SECTOR
Pakistan has largest agricultural system rather then any other country
We assume that our project fulfill the requirement of agriculture water problems .

7. Tools/Technology
Microcontroller
 GSM
 Sonar sensor
 DC Water Pump
 Solenoid Valve
 Relay.
8. Expertise of the Team Members
 We were enrolled in a course on the embedded systems in the previous
semester, which was quite helpful in helping us discover how Arduino works
and how it may be used for project creation.

 Our group and I started working together to build a system that accurately
represents (Automatic water distribution system ).

 Our main focus was on the project's hardware components, and we also
expended a lot of time and energy building a suitable water supply various
electronic parts.

 We both have great motivation to work on hardware-focused projects.

Although building hardware is our area of understanding,

 Although the fact that we might not have much programming experience, we
are confident in our abilities to design and implement the performance
required for the efficient completion for our project. We are in a good position
to do this project cause we have a lot expertise in embedded system .

9. Milestones
Project Initiation:

 Define the goals along with scope of the project.

 Bring together the project team.

Requirements Gathering:

 Assemble and compile an extensive list automatic water distribution system

needs, including functional and non-functional.
 Determine the requirements for interoperability and compatibility with various
devices.
Design Phase:

 Design and develop the system architecture

 Implementation of all devices in project .
 4th tank require of water to check the level sensor working
User Testing and Feedback:
