needs. In order to become a successful
entrepreneur, you should know the needs
and wants of your customers.

customer ’needs.

Find out your customer gender, age, and
occupation. The more you know about the
customers, the more effective your sales
and marketing efforts will be.
2. What do they do?
Know their work and their interest.
3. Why do they buy?
Know why they buy a product or avail a
certain service.
4. When do they buy?
Approach and give attention to customers
at a time they want to buy.
This will increase your chance of making a
sale.
5. How do they buy?
Know the buying preferences of your
customers. Some people prefer shopping
online while others prefer buying from a
store.
6. How much money do they have?
Know the financial capability of the people
in your community and match your
products with what your customers can
afford.
7. What makes them feel good about
buying?
Know what gives them satisfaction
whenever they buy something, and treat
them the way they prefer.
8. What do they expect of you?
Know their expectations and make sure not
to dis appoint them. Prompt and reliable
service are plus factors to a successful
business.

marketing strategy and techniques for a for
a specified period of time, usually one year.
It is continually changed and improved as
marketing trends change and develop.

consider when making marketing plan.

1. Product. Focus on what makes your


product or services different from other
similar products in the market.
2. Promotion. Promotion how will
people know about your product? Why
would they want to buy your product? Ask
yourself if you have considered an
advertising strategy. What special deals
and incentives will you offer.
3. Price. When determining the prices
structure,it is important to be as competitive
as possible without lowering the quality of
your product or service.
4. Consumer. Know the profile of your
ultimate consumers. How do they look like?
Where do they shop? If they are online ,
what website do they like?As much as you
want your consumer to understand and
value your product, you must also take the
time to understand their needs and what
they expect from you.
