print. This package contains the following POEA documents:
• POEA Contract • Workers’ Information Sheet (Latest Version) • Terms and Conditions
Please scroll down to view the above-mentioned documents. Print the documents on legal paper (8.5" x 13").
We need to process your POEA documents as soon as possible so you can move a step closer to securing your new assignment.
Please take note of the following instructions:
Review your POEA Contract, latest version of Workers’ Information Sheet (WIS) and Terms and Conditions carefully.

If everything is in order, affix your signature on the spaces provided (please note that the Terms and Conditions
consist of six (6) pages, which you need to sign individually). If there are any discrepancies and/or if you have any questions,
please reach out through the Online Help available in MyRCLHome > RCL Crew Travel
IMPORTANT REMINDERS: To accomodate the immigration rules of different countries, make sure your Seaman’s Book has a MINIMUM OF
SIX (6) BLANK PAGES. To get your POEA e-Registration number and Worker’s Information Sheet, log in to
https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph/OnlineServices/POEAOnline.aspx and complete your registration online.
3. Send the brown envelope via 2GO* to: RCCL Crew Management Inc.

• If you received your POEA package via RCLCrewTravel before signing off, please send us all the documents indicated
in step 2 within seven (7) days of your sign-off date.
• If you received your POEA package after signing off, please send us all the documents indicated in step 2 within 24
hours from receipt.
• If you are currently on board and need to validate or edit your permanent home address, please go to your HR Center
as soon as possible.
If you are on vacation and need to validate or edit your permanent home address, please log into MyRCLHome and select
C-TRAC to verify and/or make the necessary changes as soon as possible.

*Delivery via 2GO, our partner courier, is free of charge. You will shoulder the delivery charges if you use LBC – you can

1.2 Position: ABLE SEAMAN
1.3 Basic Monthly Salary: USD 759.18/month
1.4 Basic Hours/Week: 56.00 hrs
1.5 Initial Overtime: USD 258.81/month
1.6 Supplemental Overtime: USD 301.95/month
1.7 Overtime Rate after 303.10 hrs/mo: USD 5.81/hour
1.8 Monthly Compensation for Vacation Pay: USD 227.75/month
1.9 Vacation Length (Weeks): 8.00
1.10 Point of Hire: PASAY CITY, PHILIPPINES
1.11 Collective Bargaining Agreement, If any: NSU
2. The terms and conditions in accordance with Governing Board Resolution No. 09 and
Memorandum Circular No. 10 both Series of 2010, and Memorandum Circular No.____, Series of 2020
(Compliance with the 2018 Ammendments to the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006) shall be strictly and faithfully observed.
4. Violations of the terms and conditions of this Contract with its approved addendum shall
be ground for disciplinary action against the erring party.
