GENERAL RULES
1. Each and every student should participate at least in any TWO
events.
2. For Buzz Quiz 2 members. The same members should continue for
all the three rounds.
3. If any of team member does not participate in any allotted event,
she will be penalised by Rs.500 per event and negative marks for
his/her team will be imposed which will effect on OVERALL
CHAMPIONSHIP.
4. One member from each team should accompanied with organising
committee members every day after 2 p.m. and whenever
necessary.
5. First three top teams in each sub event and event will get extra
bonus points.
6. Judges decision will be final.
7. Rules and regulations and Events may change depending on
situations and circumstances.
8. Team leaders should submit participants list to organisers on or
Before 17.02.2020 (within 3 p.m.).
9. Team leaders can collect any required information regarding events
from Organising committee members only.
10. Team leaders are responsible to maintain discipline and time
sense of whole team. If any indiscipline will be found, the team leaders
are accountable for further disciplinary actions.
11. For any quarries team leaders are instructed to lodge your queries
with concerned co-ordinating lecturers.

FINANCE
Round 01: Written test -2 members 1 Hr
(Syllabus Financial management)
Round 02 Accounting - 2 members 1 Hr.
(Accounting related problems-Journal entries and Final accounts)
Round 03: Project analysis - 2 members. 5+2 mins
(A project relating to finance will be given. Participants have to analyse
the project in required manner in 2 Hrs & present the same in 5 min in
PPT).
Round 04: Mock trading: 2 members 1 hr
(Mock share trading with Mock money and shares)

MARKETING
Round 01: Written test -2 members 1 Hr
(Syllabus marketing management)

Round 02: Re-Marketing & Paper AD


(Participants select the product (which has been stopped in the market)
and Re-launch that product with logo, tagline, and product features and
present the in 5 mins.

Round 03 Mad Ad - 5 members 3+1 min


(Participants have to create an advertisement which will be made in the
Re-marketing round on the stage (one should give voice).

Round 04 Personal selling - 3 members 2 Hrs


(Participants have to sell the things which will be made in the best out of
waste event of respective teams in the open market. Marks will be
awarded on the basis of amount of sales)

HR
Round 01: Written test -2 members 1 Hr
(Syllabus Directing & Staffing)
Round 02: Perception- 1 member 30 mins
(Participants have shown the visuals and they have to write their
perception about the visuals).
Round 03: Role-play 5 mins
(Participants are given with one issue and enact the same situation by
skit and solving the case)
Round 04: Group Discussion - 2 members
(A topic will be given to participants one hour before. Participants will be
allowed to discuss on the topic in group. Based on their communication
skill and participation judgement will be made).

Round 02 Final Round - 2 members.

1. BRAND AMBASSADOR -1 member


 Participants have to upload photos and videos of all the
activities of their teams to social media through up to final day
and send the likes to concerned co-ordinator within 1 p.m. of
next day. Usage of college Name and Logo is compulsory.
 Not allowed to use more than 2 # tags.
2. BEST OUT OF WASTE - 2 members - 2 Hrs
 Only wastages can be used.
 Required things should be arranged by the participants.
 Neatness carries extra marks.

3. TEAM BUILDING – 10 members- 3 games


(On spot games)

4. Cook without fire – 3 members


Participants have to prepare varieties of foods without using fire.
Required things should be arranged by students only. Cleanliness
counts extra marks.
