Natalia’s Project Plan

1. Defining Clear Objectives
• In the next 8 weeks, I will develop a portfolio with the projects I have developed in class,
where I will show my skills and achievements in instructional design and the use of tools
such as Adobe Suite and Articulate Storyline.
• At the end of the 8 weeks, I will have built a solid and recognizable personal brand through
my online portfolio.
• Use my online portfolio as a tool to connect with professionals in my industry, expand my
network of contacts, and generate job opportunities and collaborations.
2. Designing Site Layout:
• Home page:
Since it is the first thing visitors will see when they access your website, its main purpose is
to capture the viewer's attention, give a positive impression, and provide an overview of
who I am and what I do.
It will have an illustration or photo that represents me, a header that states my name and
profession, and a brief description that summarizes who I am and what I do. It will also have
navigation links that include key sections of the portfolio, social media icons such as
LinkedIn, and if possible featured testimonials or accomplishments.
• About me:
The purpose is to allow visitors to learn more about who I am as a professional and as a
person.
It will have a professional history, summarizing my career path, including education and
relevant work experience. List key skills I have in the instructional design field, interests
outside of work that can be related to the career, and a professional photograph.
• Projects:
This section will show past and current work in detail, allowing visitors to explore my skills,
experience, and work style through concrete examples.
It will include the Title of the project, a brief description of the project, its context and
purpose, the objective that was proposed for the project, the work process, the challenges,
the results, the tools, or technology used in its realization, the collaborators of the project,
and images or videos that show the work in detail.
• Contact:
Its purpose is to facilitate communication with visitors to the site, whether they are
potential employers, clients, or collaborators.
A contact form will be included to allow visitors to send messages directly to e-mail. Contact
information such as email address, and phone number. Social media buttons such as
LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram.
